The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A swing and a miss from Bakreek. Bakreek misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Bakreek lands a nice shot to the body.
Rasmus throws a wild body kick that Bakreek sees coming a mile off. Jeff Bakreek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bakreek lands a slapping body shot.
Rasmus takes a shot right to the bread basket. Rasmus drops his hands momentarily and Bakreek takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Rasmus takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Bakreek scores with a hook to the body. Rasmus takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Jab, jab by Bakreek - just one landing.
It looks like Jonathan Rasmus has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Rasmus misses with a head kick.
Rasmus misses with a wild body shot. Nice uppercut there from Bakreek. Bakreek swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Rasmus. Bakreek lands a two punch combo.
Rasmus takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Can Bakreek finish him? Bakreek drops Rasmus with a huge uppercut! Rasmus drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Bakreek is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Szpaczynski will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jeez, both these guys look absolutely knackered already, that's not a good sign! Erickson tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Szpaczynski paws at him with a jab and circles away. Szpaczynski shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Erickson sprawls well. Erickson wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Szpaczynski gets slowly back to his feet. Szpaczynski has a takedown stuffed. Erickson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Szpaczynski, pushing him back against the cage. Szpaczynski takes a knee right on the jaw!

Jones fails to land the takedown. Bodi keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Good standup being displayed there by Bodi as he connects with a hook. Bodi leaves Jones with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Sergio Bodi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ray Jones. Bodi connects with a good right hand that stumbles Jones. Jones circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Jones thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Bodi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jones on the ground. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Bodi holds on and takes a little breather. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The ref stands the fighters back up because Sergio Bodi just wasn't active enough. Jones on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rioux walks into a jab. Rioux looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Williams works Rioux's body with a nice hook. A head kick misses from Williams. Rioux takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hanzo slips a jab and a cross from Camozzi.
Camozzi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hanzo moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Hanzo slips under a jab from Camozzi. Camozzi misses with a jab, cross combination.
Hanzo throws a nice outside leg kick. Hanzo takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Camozzi misses with an uppercut. Camozzi throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hanzo. Hanzo closes the distance and clinches up with Camozzi, looking for a takedown. Hanzo pushes Camozzi against the cage but Camozzi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Camozzi fails to land with a series of punches.
Camozzi will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Camozzi misses with a looping left. Camozzi scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Camozzi misses with a straight right. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hanzo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Camozzi as he jumps to the side. Hanzo gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Camozzi.

Camozzi rushes Hanzo with punches - Hanzo moves straight backwards instead of circling and gets clipped by the second strike... and the third... and the fourth! Oh, Hanzo goes down! Camozzi follows up with more strikes and the ref steps in to end the bout!
