The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A shot to the liver by Kravvikowskii. Beautiful body shot. Kravvikowskii tries a low kick but Lazovich avoids it. Kravvikowskii gets in close and instigates a clinch. Kravvikowskii lands an uppercut. Kravvikowskii lands a hook that snaps the head of Lazovich backwards. Lazovich drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Lazovich trying to control but Kravvikowskii is working from the bottom. Johnny Kravvikowskii is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lazovich would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Wow, fantastic work there by Puhakka ! That came out of nowhere!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A big right from Destroyer misses. Destroyer tries to clinch up. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Corven. Destroyer throws a right hand that Corven ducks under and follows up with a left that Corven also avoids with ease. Destroyer keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Destroyer misses with a straight left. Corven walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Destroyer keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Corven has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Corven there as he acknowledges the shot.

Destroyer looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Destroyer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Corven. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. This has been an exciting period of action! Destroyer trying to keep a closed guard but Corven is proving a slippery customer.

Vegas throws a hook to the side of Overdreem's head but Overdreem sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Vegas with a nice cross. Vegas throws a right hand that Overdreem ducks under and follows up with a left that Overdreem also avoids with ease. Vegas cracks Overdreem with a good jab. Johnny Vegas has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Well Overdreem has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
