Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juan Gabriel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robert Baumgartner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Baumgartner has chosen Knock you out as his entrance music. Robert Baumgartner told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Tap shoots in looking for a takedown. James tries to sprawl out of it but Tap keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. James manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Engl stuffs the takedown.
Engl misses with a two punch combination.
Engl displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from D.
D ducks under a wild hook from Engl.
Engl connects with a single shot there.

Engl connects with a right hand. D shakes it off.
Engl leaves D with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Engl takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Engl works the jab nicely.

and Engl connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Oh D is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Engl rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but D moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
A decent looking cross lands there for Engl.
BOOM! Engl lands a beautiful left hook that drops D. D tries to recover but Engl is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and D lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!

It looks like Neo Sporin has been cut.
Sporin is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Copenhagen wants to clinch up but Sporin keeps it at a distance.
Copenhagen misses with a low kick.
Sporin takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Copenhagen is looking to chop away at Sporin's legs.
Copenhagen blocks the body kick.
Copenhagen avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Copenhagen misses with a low kick as Sporin jumps back.
Sporin dodges the punch combination from Copenhagen.
Sporin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Copenhagen but Copenhagen pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Sporin throws a head kick but Copenhagen moves out of range.
Copenhagen throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Copenhagen steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! Sporin is out on his feet! Copenhagen sets himself and nearly takes Sporin's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!

Brown goes for a takedown in the clinch but Vasyanovich prevents it.

Brown lands with a short shot to the head.
Vasyanovich tries for a takedown but Brown manages to get underhooks.

Brown turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Brown manages to end up in side control.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Brown is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Vasyanovich is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Vasyanovich is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Vasyanovich is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Brown couldn't care less - he's delighted!
