The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sullivan cracks Rama with a right hand to the side of the head. Rama shoots in and drives through. Sullivan sprawls well. Rama avoids a punch combination nicely.

No luck for Rama with that takedown attempt. Rama drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Rama is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Sullivan is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kaputt throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Kerum stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Kaputt follows into mount!
It looks like Zeljko Kerum has been cut. Kerum is trying desperately to improve position. Kerum slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Kaputt really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kerum. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kerum landing a few short strikes. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kerum looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Kaputt wants to pass the guard but Kerum is defending well. Kaputt throwing shots but Kerum is blocking nicely. Kerum actively working from the bottom here. Kaputt controlling the action here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kerum has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Kerum is looking for a sweep. Kaputt is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Kaputt throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Kaputt goes limp - he's gone! Kerum jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mcghee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Ubiistia misses the shot to the body. Ubiistia pivots, looking for a leg kick but Mcghee is out of range and Ubiistia settles back down. A nice inside leg kick there by Mcghee. That's going to slow Ubiistia down. Mcghee buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
The fighters circling - Ubiistia throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Ubiistia throws a head kick that misses. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ubiistia is defended easily by Mcghee. A cross from Ubiistia lands. Mcghee throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Mcghee has taken the fight to the clinch.
Ubiistia is trying to force a seperation but Mcghee has the dominant position. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ubiistia fails to pull guard.

The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Ubiistia manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Mcghee seems to have come into the fight with the intention of avoiding any damage in the clinch, rather than actually showing any aggression. A right hook to the body lands for Mcghee.

Ubiistia is looking to break free of the clinch but Mcghee has double underhooks. Mcghee connects with a nasty looking knee right to Ubiistia's face.

Mcghee throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ubiistia works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Ubiistia pulls Mcghee in close to prevent any damage.

Mcghee stands and throws Ubiistia's legs to the side, diving into side control. Mcghee has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Ubiistia is trying to control Mcghee's posture but Mcghee avoids it. Mcghee scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Ubiistia to see if he's OK. Ubiistia tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Mcghee wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
