I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Movado Cage was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Jones got a little sloppy there for a moment and Cage has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jones has managed to get both his arms back between Cage's legs - danger averted.

Ralf Jones overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Cage is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Cage is nestled in close to Jones, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Rickard Pettersson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and julius tarona (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pettersson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is War is My Destiny. Rickard Pettersson had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 171.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. julius tarona has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?
