The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Clark missing with a left hand there. Stow was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Stow darts in trying to clinch and Clark counters with a right hand to the body. Clark misses with a two punch combination.
Stow rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Clark moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Clark throws a right and a left that Stow avoids nicely. Clark tries to bum rush Stow with a series of wild strikes but Stow uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Clark throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Clark will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Stow slips a jab from Clark. Clark lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Joohnsson manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. Joohnsson crunches a lovely knee into Moore's ribcage. Moore has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. A combination from Moore does no damage. Joohnsson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jaronek shoots in but no luck this time. Ohbladi fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Ohbladi moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Ohbladi connects with a right hand. Jaronek shakes it off. Ohbladi lands a glancing blow to the side of Jaronek's head. Jaronek looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Ohbladi lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. A jab from Ohbladi finds it's way through Jaronek's defenses. Sloppy strikes from Jaronek. Those never looked like landing. Ohbladi goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ohbladi moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jaronek shoots in but no luck this time. Ohbladi feints a jab promting Jaronek to slip. Ohbladi then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Jaronek slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Ohbladi fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Jaronek on the side of the head. Ohbladi is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Ohbladi jabs Jaronek to the body, keeping him at a distance. A momentary lapse in concentration from Ohbladi enables Jaronek to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Ohbladi manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Jaronek drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ohbladi manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Jaronek has Ohbladi in his guard. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jaronek is looking for a triangle here but Ohbladi uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jaronek working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ohbladi doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ohbladi manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Franco is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Franco misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson lands a nice hook to Ramirez's body. Ramirez takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Gustavo Ramirez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jackson lands with a cross. Jackson feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Ramirezs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Horrible takedown by Ramirez or perhaps it was just good defense by Jackson which made him look bad. Jackson fails with an attempt to clinch.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Jeremy lands a left and a right that send Puska crashing to the mat, dazed. Jeremy thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Puska is rocked! Jeremy cracks the inside of Puska's front leg. Oh Puska is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Jeremy is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Puska had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté. Jeremy misses with a body kick. Jeremy looks to land a right hand but Puska moved out of range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jeremy has his hands on Puska's head, controlling the position.

Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

"Ole!" shouts Jeremy as he jumps to the side. Jeremy ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Puska looks for a takedown but Jeremy sprawls well. Jeremy thuds his right hand into Puska's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
