The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Alberto looks for a takedown but Limberdinkle sprawls well. Limberdinkle throws a nice head kick!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! A head kick from Limberdinkle lands but Alberto takes it in his stride. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Limberdinkle here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Alberto dives in and scores a takedown into Limberdinkle's guard. Alberto is breathing heavily. Limberdinkle looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Limberdinkle is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Limberdinkle throws a front kick aimed at Alberto's knee but Alberto avoids it well. Limberdinkle looking to land some kicks to the body here.

Limberdinkle turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Limberdinkle lets loose with a powerful body kick. Alberto will feel that in the morning. Sloppy strikes from Alberto. Those never looked like landing. Alberto takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Alberto steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Limberdinkle. That one must have hurt. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Limberdinkle - that will leave a mark!
Limberdinkle bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Limberdinkle lands with an uppercut that bounces Alberto off the cage and back into rage.
And that's the end of the fight! Urinus Limberdinkle showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Limberdinkle, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Maurício Rua seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rua finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Shillings connects with a leg kick. Rua looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Rua misses with a low kick as Shillings jumps back. Shillings stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Rua. Rua checks the leg kick nicely there.
Jab from Rua. Shillings misses with a low kick. Rua ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Shillings tries to land a front kick but Rua steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Rua throws a good cross that connects.

Shillings checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Rua loads up on a big right hand but Shillings slips the punch. Shillings looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Shillings lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Rua is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Shillings. Rua misses with a leg kick. Rua misses with an uppercut. Shillings saw that one coming. A kick lands to the mid section there for Shillings. Rua is breathing heavily. and Shillings counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Rua is lucky that one didn't land flush.

and Shillings cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Rua takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Rua throws a leg kick and Shillings counters with a body kick that stops Rua in his tracks momentarily. Rua gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Shillings gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Rua is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!

McGee's jab looks to have found its range, popping Bonaza under the eye. McGee uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Bonaza. Carlos Bonaza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bonaza thumps McGee with a low kick. McGee scores with a jab. Bonaza acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Bonaza misses with the combination.
McGee rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Bonaza counters with a thumping low kick. This has been an exciting period of action! McGee lands with an uppercut that bounces Bonaza off the cage and back into rage. McGee thows a left - swing and a miss! McGee throws a jab when Bonaza was well out of range. McGee misses with an uppercut. Bonaza saw that one coming.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bonaza uses good head movement to avoid the hook from McGee. Bonaza throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. McGee defending well as Bonaza loads up on a big left hand. McGee stuns Bonaza with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. No joy there for McGee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
McGee drops Bonaza with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Bonaza! McGee dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kzarik Nahrul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flava Flave (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Flave has chosen Momma said Tap you Out as his entrance music. On his way into the cage it seems that Kzarik Nahrul has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Kzarik Nahrul seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
17 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kzarik Nahrul! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Flava Flave! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Kavanagh and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A slow jab from Nahrul misses its intended target. Nahrul connects with a leg kick. Flave looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Nahrul swings for the body but Flave moves out of range.
Flave misses with a straight left. Donk. Flave catches Nahrul right on the button with a cross. Flave lands with a good body shot. Nahrul shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Nahrul misses with a low kick. Nahrul bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Nahrul throws a leg kick that misses. Nahrul tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Nahrul feints and then cracks Flave's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Flave down. Flave misses with a straight right. A telegraphed right hand from Flave misses the target. Nahrul stuffs the takedown attempt from Flave. Flave gets slowly back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nahrul goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Nahrul lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Flave has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Flave and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Flave fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Jab from Flave. Nahrul clinches with his opponent.
Nahrul blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Flave working some nice short punches in the clinch. Flave is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Flave wants a takedown but no success here.
Kzarik Nahrul has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Flava Flave. Flave's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Nahrul tries to land knees in the clinch but Flave avoids the damage to the body. Flave fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Flave working aggressively here.
Flave takes a shot to the head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Flave looking to slow down the pace here. Flave swings wildly with an uppercut but Nahrul uses good head movement to avoid it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Flave working some nice short punches in the clinch. Flave misses with some punches.
Flave tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Nahrul just stands there and leans against the cage. Flave avoids a wild elbow strike from Nahrul. Nahrul tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Flave avoids it. A head punch blocked on the inside by Nahrul. A right hand to the body from Nahrul.
Flave throws a punch but it's blocked by Nahrul. Nahrul prevents a body shot from Flave. Nahrul working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Nahrul lands a nice knee to the body. Flave looks gassed! Nahrul cracks Flave with a nice body shot. Nahrul drops Flave with a big knee straight up the middle! Flave is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Flave is rocked!
It looks like Flava Flave has been cut. Nahrul closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. A quick uppercut on the inside from Nahrul. Nahrul stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A left hand lands to the body for Nahrul.
Nahrul scores with a nice hook to the head. Nahrul scores with a shoulder strike. Flave is still on wobbly legs! Can Nahrul finish him? Nahrul using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.
Flave seems to have recovered his senses. Nahrul lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Nahrul unloads a knee to the mid-section. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nahrul lands an elbow that stopped Flave in his tracks for a moment. Nahrul scores with a hook to the body. Knees to the body from Nahrul.
Nahrul scores with a shot to the side of Flave's head. Nahrul lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Flave backwards. Nahrul creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Flave with a big uppercut! Flave tries to clinch up but Nahrul pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Flave to the mat! Flave covers up and Nahrul unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Kzarik Nahrul! Kzarik Nahrul retains his heavyweight title!
