Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quik Yin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jean Pierre Skogsbaer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Yin might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I Got A Feeling (lol :P). Skogsbaer has chosen Rough boy - ZZ Top as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

21 - 14 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Quik Yin! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
12 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jean Pierre Skogsbaer! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A swing and a miss from Skogsbaer. Yin looks to score with a jab to the body but Skogsbaer is just out of range. Yin looks for a takedown but Skogsbaer sprawls well. Skogsbaer thows a left - swing and a miss! Skogsbaer connects with a nice looking jab.
Skogsbaer loads up on a big right hand but Yin slips the punch. Skogsbaer misses with a body shot.
Yin decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Skogsbaer won't allow Yin to pass to mount. Yin seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Skogsbaer does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Yin is looking to pass Skogsbaer's guard but actually Skogsbaer recovers to full guard. Yin looking to sit in guard and control but Skogsbaer gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Yin being controlled here, momentarily. Yin is controlling Skogsbaer's posture. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Skogsbaer trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Yin has momentary wrist control but Skogsbaer slips an elbow through the middle. Skogsbaer pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Yin is keeping the position for now. Skogsbaer being controlled here momentarily. Skogsbaer wants to control from the top but Yin keeps moving. Yin looking to control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Skogsbaer is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Skogsbaer loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Skogsbaer fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Yin manages to avoid it. Yin avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Skogsbaer misses with a wild combination.

It looks like Quik Yin has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Skogsbaer looks to land a combination but Yin avoids it well.

Skogsbaer slips a jab from Yin. Some wild striking there from Skogsbaer.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Skogsbaer falls off balance throwing a combination
and Yin counters with a nice body shot. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Skogsbaer throws a left and a right that both miss
and Yin counters with a single leg into guard. Skogsbaer didn't expect that. Yin trying to control the position from guard on top but Skogsbaer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Skogsbaer looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Yin wants to pass the guard but Skogsbaer is keeping the position. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Yin stands and throws Skogsbaer's legs to the side, diving into side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jean Pierre Skogsbaer dominated that round. The cut man is working on Quik Yin's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Jean Pierre Skogsbaer seems to be getting the better of the standup. Yin misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Skogsbaer rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Yin moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Skogsbaer thows a left - swing and a miss! Yin throws a head kick that misses. Skogsbaer keeps the fight on the outside. Yin shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Skogsbaer pinned against the cage. Skogsbaer gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Skogsbaer takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

That's one minute gone in the round. Yin looks to land a left hand but Skogsbaer moved out of range nicely. Skogsbaer uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Yin. Skogsbaer missing with a left hand there. Yin was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Skogsbaer looks to land a combination but Yin avoids it well. Yin shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Skogsbaer as he avoids it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Quik Yin. That's going to take a lot out of him. Yin ducks right into an uppercut from Skogsbaer. Skogsbaer scores with a punch to the head. Skogsbaer throws a right hand that Yin ducks under and follows up with a left that Yin also avoids with ease. Yin displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Skogsbaer throws out the jab. Sloppy strikes from Skogsbaer. Those never looked like landing. Yin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Skogsbaer as he jumps to the side. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Skogsbaer lands a jab.

Oh Yin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Skogsbaer Throws a clean left jab. Skogsbaer Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Yin's chin! Yin crumbles to the ground and Skogsbaer follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Skogsbaer!

Go fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ko manages to avoid it. Go looks to land a left hand but Ko moved out of range nicely. Go throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Ko throws a head kick that misses. Ready Go seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Go misses with an uppercut. Go cracks Ko with a right hand to the side of the head. Go pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Go is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Ko's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. Go lands an overhand right. Go throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Ko escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Ko is looking to clinch but Go is avoiding it.

Ko is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Go is defending well for now. Ko tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Go avoids it. Ko dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Go avoiding damage as Ko throws knees to the body.

This has been an exciting period of action! Go throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ko with a knee to the head.
It looks like Ready Go has been cut. Go is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Ko can't fight it off and eventually Go manages to take the fight to the floor. Ko looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Go throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Ko works some decent striking defense from the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Ok Ko will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Ready Go's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Ko gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Go. Ko moves in looking to clinch but Go pushes him off. Go tests Ko's chin there with a solid looking shot. Ko throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Go just misses with a punch to the body.
Ko lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Go circles away quickly and effectively. Go checks a low kick from Ko. Go swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Ko uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Go.
Ko throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ko moves forwards but Go connects with a nice, crisp jab. Ko tries a head kick but it misses.
Ko takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Go misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Ko.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ko scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Go scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Ko misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ko moves away from the strike by Go. Ko bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Ko avoids the body shot from Go.
Ko gets in close and instigates a clinch. Go lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Ko landing some nice looking knees to the body.

I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Go throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Ko on the side of the head. Ko clinches up against the cage. Ko scores with a head kick. Go tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. The fighters circling - Go throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Ko wants to clinch. Ko tries to clinch up. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Ko tries to close the distance and clinch but Go swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
And that's the end of the fight! Ok Ko comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Ko has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Leonard bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Dillard's head backwards. Leonard misses with an uppercut. Dillard saw that one coming. Dillard misses with a takedown attempt and Leonard counters with a nice uppercut. Nice body punch from Leonard. Dillard gets a clinch. A frustrated look appears on Leonard's face as he tries to break the clinch. Leonard has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Leonard tries to break the clinch but Dillard is controlling the position. Leonard is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Leonard pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Dillard is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Leonard is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Leonard is not content to let Dillard control the position. Dillard swings around for an armbar but Leonard sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Dillard's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dillard is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Ruent thows a body shot but no joy. Ruent lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Ruent tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Narvaez was well out of range. Poor timing from Ruent. Narvaez pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Narvaez tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Narvaez looking to land some kicks to the body here.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Ruent missing with a left hand there. Narvaez was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Narvaez slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Narvaez connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Ruent momentarily.

He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Narvaez has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Narvaez and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Ruent ducks under a wild hook from Narvaez. Ruent looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.

Narvaez scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Narvaez fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Ruent misses with a straight left. Ruent throws a body punch but Narvaez moves out of range. Ruent misses with a low kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Good leg kick by Narvaez there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Ruent misses the jab. Ruent fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Narvaez manages to avoid it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ruent swings for the body but Narvaez moves out of range.
Ruent throws an overhand right that lands on Narvaez's shoulder, as Narvaez tries to avoid the shot.
And that's the end of the fight! Rafael Narvaez showed his dominance in that final round. Well Narvaez has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
