The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hiro shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Wesker pinned against the cage. Wesker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Wesker has managed to clinch.
Both fighters working to control the clinch. Wesker jumps into guard, dragging Hiro to the mat.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Wesker is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Wesker looking to hit a scissor sweep but Hiro is one step ahead there. Wesker is looking to stand up but Hiro isn't so interested in that idea. Hiro controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Hiro tries a head kick but it misses.

Wesker bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Wesker goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Hiro rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Wesker's guard! Nice work there by Hiro! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hiro is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Curb fails in his attempt to clinch. Snake feints and as Curb raises his hands in defense, Snake changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Snake stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Curb swivels though and keeps the full guard. Curb wants to get back to his feet but Snake passes into half guard.
Curb tries to kick Snake off but Snake keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Snake lands a nice short elbow. Snake wants to free his trapped foot but Curb is holding on for dear life with his legs. Snake is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Curb! Curb is trying to get back to his feet but can't. Curb knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Snake on the ground. Snake tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Curb is really trying hard to get back to his feet.

Johnson is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Johnson tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Torromino counters with a stiff right hand. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Shields as Tancev shoots in. Tancev misses with a takedown attempt - Shields sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
