The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Da lands with a straight right. LaRue didn't see that one coming.
LaRue throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Da gets tackled into the cage by LaRue. LaRue maintains the clinch.
LaRue lands a good knee to the midsection. Da won't want to take too many of those.
Da has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

LaRue breaks from the clinch.
LaRue throws a head kick that half lands.

It looks like Who Da has been cut.
Da tries to bum rush LaRue with a series of wild strikes but LaRue uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

LaRue closes the distance and clinches.
Da tried to land a shot to the body but connects with LaRue's elbow.
LaRue keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Da's efforts to push away.
Da is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

LaRue's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
LaRue shoots in looking for a takedown. Da tries to sprawl out of it but LaRue keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Da manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Da stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Da wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

LaRue doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

No joy there for Da, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Da lands a really nice looking cross but LaRue seems unphased.
Who Da is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Who Da seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
LaRue connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Da tries a body shot but LaRue blocks it.

LaRue gets control of Da's arms and successfully pulls guard. LaRue will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
LaRue punches the canvas rather than the man.
And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Who Da will probably get the nod.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Da uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before LaRue has time to react.
Da feints a jab promting LaRue to slip. Da then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. LaRue slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
LaRue misses with a hook
and Da counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Da cracks LaRue with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
The fighters circle momentarily. Da darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Da scores with a one two! LaRue had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Da connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed LaRue momentarily.
Da goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Da is pressed up against the cage. LaRue has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Da down to the mat. Da avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Who Da.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Da, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Bernstein can do anything to dispel that myth.
Bernstein is doing well to control the position and prevent Fitz from advancing to side control.
Fitz seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Bernstein has his hands clasped together around Fitz's back. He's all about the action.

Bernstein pushes Fitz off, looking to escape but Fitz dives into side control. He's locked up a kimura now - that was fast! He's cranking on it and Bernstein is forced to tap! The fight is over!
