I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Isaac Mena was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Bronca is trying hard to land a takedown here. Metro sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.

Bronca ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bronca no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Juarez feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Bieksa wants to stand and escape but Juarez is having none of it.

Juarez thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Juarez sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bieksa's guard.
Well, if Juarez is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
