Materla is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Drexler looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Drexler stuffs the takedown.
Drexler tries to sprawl but Materla drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Materla not doing much here.
Materla moves into full mount! Drexler won't be happy about that!
Materla raining down shots from the mount!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Materla cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Materla controlling the position easily from mount.
Drexler really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Materla. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Drexler defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Materla.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Materla wants to control the pace but Drexler is squirming around nicely.
We're going to have a standup here because Michal Materla wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Materla looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Materla uses his free foot to push down on Drexler's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Drexler.

Drexler has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Materla has both hooks in and is working for a choke. Drexler is in real trouble here. Materla gets an arm under the chin and tightens the submission attempt... is this the end? Yes, Drexler is tapping out! Materla wins by rear naked choke!

Hussein swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
enabling The Bison to counter with a crisp jab.
Hussein is looking to clinch.
Hussein tries to clinch up.
Hussein showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from The Bison.
Hussein shoots in for a takedown but The Bison shows good takedown defense.
The Bison throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
The Bison throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hussein throws a head kick that half lands.

Hussein blocks the body kick.
Hussein misses with a takedown attempt
and The Bison counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Hussein gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and The Bison counters by clinching up.
Chuck The Bison has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krammer Hussein.
Hussein's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
The Bison lands with a straight right. Hussein didn't see that one coming.
Hussein fails with the takedown
and The Bison counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Hussein gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The Bison throws a looping overhand right but Hussein ducks down to avoid it.
The Bison throws a half hearted mid kick.
Hussein tries to clinch but The Bison moves out of range.
The Bison defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hussein.
Hussein on the wrong end of a nice hook.
The Bison displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hussein.

and The Bison counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Hussein is trying desperately to land a takedown but The Bison is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Hussein.
Hussein looks gassed!
The Bison tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Hussein has his takedown stuffed
and The Bison connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The Bison scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Hussein is rocked!
The Bison connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Hussein to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by The Bison!
