Soup swinging wildly here.
Soup throws a sloppy head kick and Queriza moves out of range easily.
Soup throws a right hand that Queriza ducks under and follows up with a left that Queriza also avoids with ease.
Soup throws a right and a left that Queriza avoids nicely.
Queriza uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Soup.
Soup tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Queriza.
Soup steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Queriza.
Queriza on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Soup feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Queriza's calf.

Queriza shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Soup is trying to defend but Queriza finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Queriza has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Soup is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Queriza yanks on the arm and Soup is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Queriza.

A very excited looking Samiel Yukio Queriza rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Idea gets a takedown into half guard.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Idea looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Buss with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Buss has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Idea is working away from the top position though.
Idea throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Idea has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Pad covers up and Guetzlaff unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
