Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

After the fight, Darren Colby was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Peterson can do anything to dispel that myth.

Kamenov throws a sloppy head kick and Hito moves out of range easily.
Hito swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kamenov wants to clinch.
Hito throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kamenov doesn't manage to clinch there - Hito circles away.
Kamenov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Grisha Kamenov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kamenov wants to clinch up but Hito keeps it at a distance.

Hito clobbers Kamenov with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Hito lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Kamenov takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Kamenov takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Hito cracks Kamenov with a hook to the temple - Kamenov is on wobbly legs here! Hito swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Kamenov falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Hito wins by TKO!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kisaragi takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Kisaragi tries to sprawl but LaRue drives through with a takedown into half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
LaRue prevents Kisaragi from improving his position.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Kisaragi is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but LaRue pulls his head out easily.

LaRue looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kisaragi with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
LaRue with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.

LaRue wants to work for an arm triangle but Kisaragi is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kisaragi is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but LaRue pulls his head out easily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
LaRue is just content to waste time from the top position. Kisaragi takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Kisaragi isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. LaRue stacks Kisaragi on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by LaRue!
Kisaragi is trying to improve his position.
Kisaragi is letting LaRue control him for a moment.
Kisaragi tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but LaRue wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
LaRue content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though.
LaRue tries to move to mount but Kisaragi blocks the move with his legs.

LaRue has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Kisaragi!

Kisaragi is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. LaRue locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Kisaragi is forced to tap!

Koko LaRue decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Creed avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Creed takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Creed takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Matrix is still on wobbly legs! Can Creed finish him?
Matrix misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Creed.
Matrix takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Creed lunges at Matrix with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Matrix's hand.
Creed cracks Matrix with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Matrix tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Creed pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Matrix is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

and Drago counters with a straight that turns Rodriguez's legs to rubber! Drago pushes forward with more strikes and Rodriguez goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!

Bogard lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Look low, kick high! Bogard uses the oldest trick in the book to send Trester tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Bogard is absolutely delighted - when Trester wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
