0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dwight K Schrute! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Inya Face! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Tiny Johnson and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! K Schrute darts in trying to clinch and Face counters with a stiff right hand. Face moves out of range of the body kick. Face comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. K Schrute throws a big shot that misses. K Schrute misses with a kick to the body.
K Schrute takes one to the side of the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. K Schrute with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Face to score with a decent uppercut. K Schrute scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Face staying out of range there. K Schrute throws a poor cross that misses
and Face counters with a straight right hand. K Schrute throws a combination that misses and K Schrute takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. K Schrute gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Face gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Butch Taylor! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Maia tries for a takedown but Taylor circles away easily and Taylor counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Taylor. Taylor works a leg free and moves into half guard. Taylor lands with a punch from half guard. Taylor is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Maia taking some punishment here, with Taylor in his half guard. Maia looking for submissions off his back. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Taylor is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Taylor thows a huge punch but Maia dodges it nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Taylor sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Maia defending well though. Maia actively working from the bottom here. Maia taking some punishment here, with Taylor in his half guard. Taylor scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Maia actively working from the bottom here. Taylor working Maia over with strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Maia has hold of Taylor's hands but Taylor slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Taylor prevents Maia from improving his position. Maia looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Maia on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Maia is rocked! Ground and pound from Taylor. Oh Maia is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Taylor is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Maia is hurt! He's hurt bad - Taylor fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Maia from any more punishment! Congratulations to Taylor! Great finish!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sloppy strikes from Bobberson. Those never looked like landing. James fails with the takedown and Bobberson counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Aluicious James has been cut. James with a lazy takedown attempt and Bobberson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps James thinking. Bobberson jabbing away but nothing is landing. James has his takedown stuffed and Bobberson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Aluicious James. That's going to take a lot out of him. A jab from Bobberson finds it's way through James's defenses. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Bobberson misses with a hook. A jab from Bobberson misses. James ducks under a wild hook from Bobberson. James has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Bobberson.
That's one minute gone in the round. James misses with a takedown and James takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. James doesn't succeed with the takedown and Bobberson counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. James misses with a takedown attempt and Bobberson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Bobberson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but James moves out of range and avoids them all easily. A jab-cross combination lands for Bobberson and sends James crashing to the mat! Bobberson follows him down to the mat - James regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Bobberson slows the pace down in half guard. James looking for submissions off his back. James moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Bobberson must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
That's two minutes gone in the round. James looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Bobberson forces his way into half guard. Bobberson stands up from half guard. A cross from Bobberson lands. A combination from Bobberson does no damage. Bobberson scores with a crisp jab that stopped James in his tracks. The crowd cheers as Bobberson lands an impressive looking overhand right. James doesn't seem phased though. James shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Bobberson counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. James is breathing heavily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bobberson catches James with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Bobberson punishes James's body with a nice straight punch. Bobberson connects with a leg kick. James looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Bobberson darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Billy Bobberson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. James on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Bobberson bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops James! He dives into his guard looking to finish!
James is rocked!
Aluicious James's cut is getting worse. Bobberson stands up from guard. Let's bang! Oh James is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Bobberson lands a hook that stumbles James back into the cage. Bobberson follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping James to the canvas! Bobberson pounces and lands several unanswered shots - James has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
