Gutierrez darts in trying to clinch

and Maia counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Lataville dives in and grabs Cook's left leg, looking for a takedown. Cook pushes down on Lataville's head and hops out.

Lataville shoots in for a double leg but Cook sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Cook shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Lataville pinned against the cage. Lataville gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Cook tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lataville sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cook somewhat.

Malevolente throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Arona.
Arona shoots in looking for a takedown but Malevolente manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Arona's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Malevolente rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Arona moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Arona finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Malevolente's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Arona falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Chuteboxe. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Chuteboxe jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Pitt walks away with a smile on his face. Chuteboxe gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Lincoln Pitt showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
