Sapponen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sander has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sapponen has managed to get both his arms back between Sander's legs - danger averted.

Bass lands with a nice combination. McEnroe backs away looking to recover.
McEnroe will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
McEnroe takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Bass throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

Bass closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming McEnroe to the mat! McEnroe manages to get full guard.
