We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Winters is in a horrible position here. Matice smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Matice lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Winters really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Matice. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Wojtek Cieniutowski decided to call for a title shot in his post fight interview, which was very strange given the fact this fight was for a title and he's already the champion. I guess that's what getting punched in the head does for you.
