Kharitonov shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Taraban's guard.
Kharitonov won't allow Taraban to sweep him here.
Taraban is looking to sinch up a triangle. Kharitonov throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Taraban's body to avoid the submission. Taraban has instead reached around Kharitonov's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Taraban arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Kapila gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Kapila apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Kapila thuds his right hand into Gordon's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Gordon moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Gordon just misses with a punch to the body.

Rigogo tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Graungaard just stands there and leans against the cage.
Rigogo ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Rigogo no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Rigogo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
