The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Poe jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Houston shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Poe as he avoids it easily.
Houston looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Poe stuffs the takedown attempt from Houston. Houston gets slowly back to his feet.
Edgar Poe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jim Houston.
Poe dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Houston. That did some damage!
Poe uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Houston has time to react.

It looks like Jim Houston has been cut.
Poe lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Houston crumples to the floor! Poe milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!

Bicki is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Churchill has escaped the position, nice work there.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Churchill pushes Bicki away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Bicki gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Winston Churchill will probably get the nod.

Well Churchill has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
