5 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Stu Bennett! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Attila Orban! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.

Bennett tries to clinch but Orban is having none of it. Bennett misses with an uppercut. Orban saw that one coming. Orban punishes Bennett's body with a nice straight punch. Bennett avoids the body shot from Orban.
Bennett moves into the clinch successfully.
Orban has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Bennett avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. A battle for position here, against the cage. Orban tries to break the clinch but Bennett is controlling the position. Orban blocks a body shot from Bennett.

Bennett has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Orban finds it's way round the side to connect with Bennett's head. Orban scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Bennett looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Orban is fending him off so far but Bennett persists. Nope, Orban circles away and we're back to standing. Bennett fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Stu Bennett. That's going to take a lot out of him. Orban throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bennett stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Bennett is breathing heavily. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Bennett tries for a takedown but Orban sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Bennett. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Bennett takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Orban scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Orban cracks Bennett with a right hand to the side of the head.

Bennett throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Orban's waist but Orban gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bennett off to one side. Orban lands with a good body shot. Bennett tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Orban paws at him with a jab and circles away. Bennett takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Orban changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Orban lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bennett at a distance.

They are putting on a show! Orban dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Bennett takes a shot right to the bread basket. Bennett takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Orban jabs at Bennett's body. Stu Bennett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Orban lands a nice looking body shot.

Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Orban throws a left that rocks Bennett and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Orban dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Bennett regain composure!

Oh Bennett is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Let's hope that Orban has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Bennett seems to have got his legs back now. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Orban is looking to take a break and control but Bennett is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Bennett takes a shot to the body in his stride.

and Orban makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Stu Bennett has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Orban shoots in for a double leg but Bennett sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
And that's the end of the fight! Attila Orban comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Orban winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Peter Lock was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

and Lock counters with a nice double leg into guard. Lock trying to control but Chi is working from the bottom. Lock tries to free his leg and advance position but Chi is retaining full guard. Lock postures up and lands a big shot to Chi's brow. Lock throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Chi works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Lock controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Chi is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

Lock postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Chi is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Lock, into his guard. Lock working a defensive guard here.
Lock wants to stand up but Chi is controlling him. Lock looking to hit a scissor sweep but Chi is one step ahead there.

Lock escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chi gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Lock is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Chi postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Lock looking to hit a scissor sweep but Chi is one step ahead there. Lock keeping moving, preventing Chi from controlling successfully. Lock trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage. Lock really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Chi. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Lock had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Chi defends it easily. Lock wants to stand and escape but Chi is having none of it. Chi makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Lock is trying to control the position but Chi postures up.

Lock manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Chi tries to lock up and control but Lock gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lock is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Chi can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Chi is working to get back to half guard.
Lock lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Chi hang on? And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Lock dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Chi has his takedown stuffed and Lock counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Chi fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Lock shoots for a double leg takedown but Chi sprawls well. He's pushed Lock's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Chi misses with a looping right.

Chi pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Lock tries for a takedown but Chi sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Quan Chi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter Lock. No luck with that takedown attempt from Chi. Chi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lock moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Lock bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Chi struggling a bit here.

The referee takes a look at Chi to see if he's OK. Peter Lock has got the better of the ground game so far. Lock wants to control but Chi is keeping him busy. Chi parries the strikes from Lock easily there. Lock is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Chi to escape.
Lock trying to control the action but Chi is working from the bottom. Lock throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Chi works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure. Chi avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Lock.

A much better position for Chi. Lock wants to stand but Chi has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Lock working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Chi avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Chi looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lock controlling from the top position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Chi tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Lock shoots in for a takedown but Chi shows good takedown defense. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lock shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Lock was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Lock throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Chi because Lock loaded up on that one. Chi wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Lock.
Lock throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Chi blocking the ground and pound. Lock sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Chi is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Lock avoids the attempt from Chi to control. Lock is in the full mount, landing strikes. BOOM! Lock connects with a massive shot to the dome!
This has been an exciting period of action! Chi tries to get back to half guard but can't. Chi tries to lock up and control but Lock gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lock trying to control but he's not successful this time.

Lock can't control as he wanted to and Chi manages to get the fight back to his half guard. Chi slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Lock pushing down on Chi's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.

The fighters circle momentarily. Kiare darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Shinnok lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kiare circles away quickly and effectively. Kevin Kiare seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kiare tests Shinnok's chin there with a solid looking shot. Kiare just misses with a punch to the body.

Shinnok takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Kristian Damsted Andersen! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and Skip Squint.
![](https://www.mmatycoon.com/images/fight/round1.jpg) The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Santiago slips under a jab. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Santiago. Damsted Andersen throws a looping overhand right but Santiago ducks down to avoid it.
Santiago shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Santiago loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Santiago passes Damsted Andersen's left leg - he's now in half guard. Santiago looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Damsted Andersen with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Damsted Andersen wants to get back to his feet. Santiago passes into side control, despite Damsted Andersen's attempt to control the position.
Damsted Andersen tries to bench press Santiago off him but Santiago keeps the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Santiago lands a few punches from side control. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Santiago working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Santiago is working to tighten is grip on Damsted Andersen's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Damsted Andersen has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Santiago is really squeezing tight and eventually Damsted Andersen passes out! Santiago breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Quioxte lands a big head kick that sends Olegtarandervangorsuckabingdamer tumbling to the mat! Quioxte takes a step backwards and waves Olegtarandervangorsuckabingdamer back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Quioxte is looking to chop away at Olegtarandervangorsuckabingdamer's legs. Quioxte connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Olegtarandervangorsuckabingdamer tries to score a power double leg takedown but Quioxte sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Olegtarandervangorsuckabingdamer somewhat. Quioxte uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Olegtarandervangorsuckabingdamer.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Olegtarandervangorsuckabingdamer ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Quioxte moves away. Olegtarandervangorsuckabingdamer throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Rutger closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Rutger not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Rutger seems to be looking for submissions.
Rutger prevents Irwin from standing back up.
Rutger is just content to waste time from the top position. Irwin takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Irwin is controlling Rutger's posture.

Rutger manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Irwin on his heels. He'll look to pass Irwin's guard now, I'm sure. Rutger missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Rutger looking to sit in guard and control but Irwin gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Rutger lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Irwin!

Gerlach Rutger dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Good leg kick by Irwin there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Rutger shoots in for a double leg but Irwin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Irwin misses with a body shot.

Irwin throws a head kick that misses. Irwin moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. A telegraphed right hand from Rutger misses the target. Good shot there by Irwin.

Paul Irwin is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. An inside leg kick from Irwin misses. Irwin throws a nice looking combination but Rutger bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Irwin misses with a few strikes there.
Rutger shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Rutger content just to control the position here. Irwin wants to control but Rutger is having none of it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rutger tries to control but Irwin wriggling away. Irwin is desperately trying to improve his position but Rutger has a good base and remains in mount.

Rutger has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Irwin. Irwin misses with a low kick. Irwin throws a solid leg kick but Rutger takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Irwin. Irwin fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Irwin throws a sloppy head kick and Rutger moves out of range easily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Nice sprawl there from Irwin as Rutger shoots in. Paul Irwin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gerlach Rutger. Irwin stalks Rutger and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Rutger's face. Rutger staggers backwards, shaken. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Irwin lands a nice looking body kick. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Paul Irwin dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Gerlach Rutger's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Irwin throws a nice outside leg kick. Irwin throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Rutger stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Irwin throws a good cross that connects.
Irwin lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Irwin lands with a straight right. Rutger didn't see that one coming. Rutger with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Irwin to score with a decent uppercut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rutger showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Irwin.
Paul Irwin is winning the standup battle so far. Rutger gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Irwin lands a left and a right that send Rutger crashing to the mat, dazed. Irwin thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
