1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby Bomba! The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Joesph tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bomba sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Joesph somewhat. Joesph shoots and misses and Bomba counters with a nice double leg into side control. Joesph won't be happy with that. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Bomba in side control, throwing shots but Joesph defends. Joesph might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Bomba misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Joesph on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Joesph tries to get out of the position. Joesph is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Bomba working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it. Joesph is trying to get back to his feet. Bomba misses with the ground and pound. Bomba has an Americana. Joesph didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Bomba is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Bomba hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Bobby Bomba! A pretty intense looking Bobby Bomba took the opportunity post-fight to ask for a shot at the title.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Joonatan Sievinen! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Gwen Towbar and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Da Silva gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Sievinen must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Da Silva holds on and takes a little breather. Da Silva tries to land a sweep but no joy. Da Silva trying to control the position here.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Pedro Da Silva. Da Silva fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sievinen avoids it really well and circles away. Da Silva manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Sievinen on his heels. He'll look to pass Sievinen's guard now, I'm sure.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Da Silva throwing strikes but missing, from side control. The ground and pound from Da Silva seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Da Silva looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Da Silva landing a few strikes. Da Silva throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Da Silva throwing strikes but Sievinen manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!

Sievinen in the domination position with Da Silva hanging on. Sievinen tries to advance to mount but can't. Da Silva wants to control but Sievinen postures up. Sievinen is looking to take a break and control but Da Silva is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Da Silva struggling a bit here. Sievinen trying to control the position but Da Silva is working away. Da Silva manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Sievinen looks gassed! The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Da Silva cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Da Silva sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Da Silva lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Da Silva misses with a head shot. Da Silva unloading with bombs! Da Silva thowing shots but they're missing. Sievinen wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Da Silva.

Sievinen has escaped and now he's on top! Both fighters are breathing heavily. Da Silva is pulling down on Sievinen's head. It's preventing any offense from Sievinen, at least for the moment. And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Pedro Da Silva. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Da Silva, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. and Kulk counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Kudo is looking to stand up but Kulk isn't so interested in that idea. Kulk is pushing down on Kudo's leg trying to pass to half guard. Kudo is fighting to maintain full guard but Kulk has managed to sneak the leg through. Kudo on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Kudo tries to get out of the position. Kulk is trying to control the action in half guard but Kudo is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Kulk decides to stand and escape the position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kulk closes the distance and clinches up with Kudo, looking for a takedown. Kulk pushes Kudo against the cage but Kudo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Kudo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Kudo's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. The referee warns Kudo that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Sloppy strikes from Kudo. Those never looked like landing. A left lands for Kudo. Frank Kudo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kulk takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kulk looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kudo is fending him off so far but Kulk persists. Nope, Kudo circles away and we're back to standing. Kulk gets cracked there but stands up to it.
That has opened up Krzysztof Kulk's cut even more. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Kudo here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Kulk is breathing heavily. Kudo cracks Kulk with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kudo misses with a two punch combination.
Kulk shoots in and drives through. Kudo sprawls well. Kudo lands a left and a right that sends Kulk crashing to the canvas! Kudo dives into mount looking to finish! Kudo is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kulk can do to turn this around? Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kudo tries to stand up but he's trapped just for the moment. Kudo gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks! It's a brutal combination of punches from Kudo! Kulk is backing up but he can't get away as Kudo lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Kulk and ends the fight. Great knockout.

That's four minutes gone in the round. A lazy left from Bradshaw finds it's target. Rutabega slips a straight right by Bradshaw. Rutabega throws the left hand but Bradshaw avoids the punch easily. Rutabega misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Rutabega swings and misses with a shot to the body and Bradshaw counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Bradshaw throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bradshaw thows a body shot but no joy. This has been an exciting period of action! Bradshaw takes a swing at Rutabega's ribcage but misses. Bradshaw tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rutabega was well out of range. Poor timing from Bradshaw. Rutabega looks to score with a jab to the body but Bradshaw is just out of range. Bradshaw avoids the head kick by Rutabega.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bradshaw slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. A shot to the liver by Bradshaw. Beautiful body shot. Robert Bradshaw has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Bradshaw moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Bradshaw ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Robert Bradshaw. Well Rutabega has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sasha Tugarinov! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marcus Brandao! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brandao throws a lazy right hand but Tugarinov sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Brandao digs a good hook to Tugarinov's body.
Tugarinov fails with a takedown attempt. Tugarinov shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Brandao defends it nicely. Brandao will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Brandao drops Tugarinov with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Tugarinov looks back up at him and smiles so Brandao waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Sasha Tugarinov has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Brandao lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Tugarinov is looking to close the distance but Brandao sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Tugarinov crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Tugarinov is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
