Sajewski leaves Snerve with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Sajewski pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Snerve back to the cage. Sajewski follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Sajewski will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pierre shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Groo Roman pinned against the cage. Groo Roman gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Groo Roman forces Pierre back against the cage and clinches.
Pierre has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Groo Roman avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Groo Roman has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Pierre regains guard immediately.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Williamson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Li is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
