The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Fox rushes Petruhin and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Fox misses with a punch to the body.
Petruhin wants a takedown.
Fox is trying to push Petruhin away but Petruhin has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Petruhin tries for a takedown. No joy.

Steve Fox has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Igor Filipovich Petruhin.
Petruhin tries to score a body lock takedown but Fox shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Petruhin jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Fox walks away with a smile on his face. Petruhin gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Petruhin has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Fox regains guard immediately.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Fox wants to stand and escape but Petruhin is having none of it.

Bravo connects with a nice looking jab.

It looks like Ditte Gaetan has been cut.
Bravo throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Bravo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Sloppy strikes from Bravo. Those never looked like landing.
Bravo lands a nice shot that snaps Gaetan's head back.
Gaetan takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Gaetan displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Bravo throws out the jab.
Bravo throws a looping overhand right but Gaetan ducks down to avoid it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Gaetan takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

and Gaetan counters with a nice double leg into side control. Bravo won't be happy with that.

Gaetan is trying to get an arm triangle but Bravo is defending well.

Gaetan is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Bravo has escaped the position, nice work there.

Gaetan has hold of Bravo's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Bravo tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Gaetan cranks the arm and Bravo screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Bravo, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Petrov crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Aurelius - the referee stops the clock and Petrov gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Aurelius. Petrov manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Aurelius fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Petrov to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Petrov looks to clinch but Aurelius throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Petrov taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
