The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Steeler throws a head kick but Blanchard moves out of range.
Steeler throws a sloppy head kick and Blanchard moves out of range easily. Steeler shoots in for a double leg but Blanchard sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Steeler throws a head kick that misses. Blanchard wants to clinch up but Steeler keeps it at a distance. Steeler throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Blanchard's waist but Blanchard gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Steeler off to one side. Steeler pulls out of a head kick attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Steeler throws a body kick that misses. Blanchard throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Blanchard swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Adrian Blanchard is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. A head kick misses from Steeler. Steeler changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Blanchard tries to avoid it but Steeler manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Blanchard to the ground. Blanchard escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Adrian Blanchard has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mark Steeler. Steeler fails with a takedown attempt. Steeler shoots for a takedown but Blanchard saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Blanchard wants to clinch. Steeler should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Blanchard blocks a head kick by Steeler.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. The fight stays on the outside here - Blanchard looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Blanchard throws a wild body kick that Steeler sees coming a mile off. Blanchard fails in his attempt to clinch. Blanchard tries to move into range but Steeler moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Steeler dives in and grabs Blanchard's left leg, looking for a takedown. Blanchard pushes down on Steeler's head and hops out.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Steeler keeps the fight on the outside. Steeler throws a sloppy head kick and Blanchard moves out of range easily. Blanchard wants to clinch up but Steeler keeps it at a distance. Steeler avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Steeler misses with the body kick and Blanchard counters by clinching up. With the fighters up against the cage, Blanchard throws an elbow but misses. A head punch blocked on the inside by Blanchard. Blanchard lands an elbow inside. Blanchard lands a damaging elbow.
It looks like Mark Steeler has been cut. Steeler with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Mark Steeler's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters. Blanchard throws an elbow that misses.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Do San uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pra Rir. Pra Rir misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

It looks like Parei Pra Rir has been cut. Pra Rir tries to break free but Do San pushes him back against the cage. Pra Rir looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Do San breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Do San tries to land a knee to the head but Pra Rir blocks with his arms.

Pra Rir rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Do San moves out of range and avoids them all easily. That's going to take a lot out of Baek Do San. Do San buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Do San is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Do San jumps guard.
Do San controlling the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Do San is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Pra Rir has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Do San is proving hard to escape from. Pra Rir pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Do San is keeping the position for now. Do San working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pra Rir doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pra Rir manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Do San not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Do San working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Baek Do San dominated that round. The cut man is working on Parei Pra Rir's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Pra Rir slaps away a takedown attempt from Do San, before circling back to the center of the mat. Do San thuds his shin into the meat of Pra Rir's side. Do San throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Do San has closed the distance and engaged Pra Rir in a clinch.

Do San pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Do San stalks Pra Rir and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Pra Rir's face. Pra Rir staggers backwards, shaken. Do San doesn't manage to clinch there - Pra Rir circles away.

Do San lands a decent punch to the body there. Pra Rir knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Do San on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Do San bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Pra Rir's guard. Do San with a flurry of punches that miss. Do San is looking to work some ground and pound but Pra Rir has wrist control. Do San landing some decent shots from guard. Pra Rir on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Pra Rir tries to get out of the position. Do San working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Do San working some strikes from top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Do San is pushing down on Pra Rir's leg trying to pass to half guard. Pra Rir is fighting to maintain full guard but Do San has managed to sneak the leg through. Do San content to control rather than advance. Pra Rir is staying active underneath Do San, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Do San passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Pra Rir!

Do San throwing sloppy strikes, which aren't doing any damage. Pra Rir keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Do San sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Baek Do San showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Parei Pra Rir's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The fight moves into the clinch position. Pra Rir is pressed up against the cage. Do San has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Pra Rir down to the mat. Pra Rir avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance. Pra Rir tries to bum rush Do San with a series of wild strikes but Do San uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Pra Rir scores with a body shot.
Do San moves into range and clinches up with Pra Rir. Do San tries for a takedown but Pra Rir manages to get underhooks.

Do San throws a head punch that misses. Do San pulls guard effortlessly. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Do San trying to control the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Do San trying to keep a closed guard but Pra Rir is proving a slippery customer.
Do San lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Pra Rir! Do San pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Do San scoring with strikes but Pra Rir is staying in there. You get the feeling that Pra Rir really doesn't like being in this position too much.

That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Do San punishing his opponent with strikes. Do San cracks Pra Rir with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Pra Rir is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Pra Rir in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. Parei Pra Rir has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Do San looking to control and managing it successfully. Baek Do San is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Do San throws some wild stikes that Pra Rir manages to avoid easily.
And that's the end of the fight! Baek Do San comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Do San has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rooney on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Rooney is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Rooney keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Blanco. Rooney moves away from the strike by Blanco. Rooney is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Blanco digs a good body shot into Rooney's ribs. Rooney lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Rooney avoids a punch combination nicely.
Blanco's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Blanco duly obliges. Blanco swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Wayne Rooney seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Blanco misses with a body shot.
Blanco cracks a nice hook into Rooney's ribs. Blanco lands a nice looking body shot.
Rooney bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Blanco scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Blanco takes one to the chin there. Blanco lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Rooney backs up against the cage.
A lazy left from Rooney finds it's target. Blanco fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rooney manages to avoid it. Rooney misses with a body shot.
That's one minute gone in the round. Blanco keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Blanco is breathing heavily. Blanco fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Rooney manages to avoid it. Rooney scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Blanco doesn't seem bothered though. Rooney stuns Blanco with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Rooney shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Blanco pinned against the cage. Blanco gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Rooney connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Rooney has taken the fight to the clinch.
Rooney throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. A short body shot lands from Rooney as the two fighters clinch.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A right hand to the body from Rooney.

Rooney is working Blanco over against the cage. Blanco wants to get back to striking at distance but Rooney won't allow it.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Rooney working some nice short punches in the clinch. Rooney lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Blanco backwards.
Blanco is rocked! Rooney lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Oh Blanco is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Rooney dips a shoulder and cracks Blanco with a mighty uppercut! Blanco falls back against the cage and Rooney unloads with a barrage of strikes! Blanco is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Rooney screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Turner connects with a crisp jab. Praye throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Turner was covering up waiting for the punch and Praye finishes the takedown easily into guard. Praye throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Praye accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Praye landing with the ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Turner keeping full guard, as Praye tries to pass. Turner is wriggling around but Praye manages to pass to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Praye thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Turner wants to get back to his feet. Praye is trying to control the action in half guard but Turner is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Praye wants to free his trapped foot but Turner is holding on for dear life with his legs. Praye is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Turner throws a right and a left that both miss. Praye lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Turner circles away quickly and effectively. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Turner swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Praye darts in and clinches Turner up against the cage. Praye is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Turner gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Praye gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Praye missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Praye thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Turner's head. Praye wants to control but Turner is keeping him busy. Turner regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Praye. Turner is breathing heavily. Turner avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Turner working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Praye. Praye throwing strikes from guard but Turner blocks nicely. Praye throwing strikes but missing. Turner will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Praye throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Turner takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Praye gets the takedown into side control. Turner defending against the ground and pound. Turner gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there! Turner is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.

Praye has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Praye thowing shots but they're missing.
