The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakuraba moves out of range of the leg kick from Mesus.
Sakuraba connects with a good right hand that stumbles Mesus. Mesus circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Sakuraba lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Zeus Mesus.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Great shoots in looking for a takedown. Trance tries to sprawl out of it but The Great keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Trance manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The Great misses with a takedown attempt - Trance sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Rose lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Stone has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Stone and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
