The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Abreu lands a nice shot to the body.
Zavalza has a takedown stuffed. Zavalza is looking to clinch. Cooper Abreu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Zavalza tries to score a power double leg takedown but Abreu sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Zavalza somewhat. Abreu changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. and Q counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Snap! Q thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. Q has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Snap's face.
