Benton scores with a jab to the head.
Benton lands with a right hand.
Benton walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Norris checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Norris's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Benton connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Norris scrambles back to his feet.
Benton throws a hook to the side of Norris's head but Norris sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Benton misses with a looping left.
Norris takes a jab right on the kisser.
Norris shoots in for a double leg but Benton sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Benton is looking to slow Norris down with leg kicks.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Norris fails with the takedown
and Benton counters with a nice leg kick.
Benton dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Norris is breathing heavily.

Benton throws a nice looking combination but Norris bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Benton thumps Norris with a low kick.
Benton lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Norris can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Benton and Norris drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Benton.

Wright throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Balboa darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
It looks like Jace Wright has been cut.
Balboa looks to score with a jab to the body but Wright is just out of range.
Wright is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Balboa connects with a crisp jab.
Balboa has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Balboa there as he acknowledges the shot.

Balboa bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Wright's head.
Balboa throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Balboa tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Wright is trying hard to land a takedown here. Balboa sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Rocky Balboa has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jace Wright.
Balboa throws a series of punches but Wright avoids them all with ease.
Balboa falls off balance throwing a combination
so Wright counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Wright content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Balboa knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wright on the ground.
Wright throws a big right hand that misses.
Balboa wants to get back to his feet but Wright is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Balboa trying to keep a closed guard but Wright is proving a slippery customer.
Wrightis looking to pass into half guard but Balboa pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Balboa is in guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wright is trying to keep Balboa in close.
Wright is looking to sinch up a triangle. Balboa throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Wright's body to avoid the submission. Wright has instead reached around Balboa's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Wright arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Smooth drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Smooth preventing the sweep.
Smooth got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jr has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Smooth has managed to get both his arms back between Jr's legs - danger averted.
Smooth wants to control from the top but Jr keeps moving.
Jr seems keen to control Smooth's posture.

Jr is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Smooth's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Smooth's back!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jr is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Smooth defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
Jr is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Smooth knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Smooth for a finish.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
