3 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Adam Gaziev! The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Dmitry Maklakov and Fedor Mirinova.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gaziev avoids a punch combination nicely.
Gaziev shoots for a double leg takedown but Amaury sprawls well. He's pushed Gaziev's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Gaziev tries for a takedown but Amaury sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Gaziev tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Amaury paws at him with a jab and circles away. Adam Gaziev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gaziev looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Ditte Amaury has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Gaziev. Gaziev tries to clinch and Amaury counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nice sprawl there from Amaury as Gaziev shoots in. Amaury defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gaziev. Gaziev looks gassed! Amaury drops Gaziev with a right and a left! Amaury comes rushing in but Gaziev regains his composure and manages to keep Amaury in guard.

It looks like Adam Gaziev has been cut. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Amaury decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Gaziev is still on wobbly legs! Can Amaury finish him? Amaury drops Gaziev with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Gaziev! Amaury dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!

Corkran shoots in but no luck this time. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Alderson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Alderson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Corkran tries to avoid it but Alderson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Corkran to the ground. Corkran escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Alderson looks gassed! Band has his takedown stuffed and Mallorca counters with a nice leg kick. Mallorca looks to land a body kick but Band moved away. Band changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mallorca tries to avoid it but Band manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mallorca to the ground. Mallorca escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Bang throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A combination from Bang does no damage. Rett feints and as Bang raises his hands in defense, Rett changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Bang controls Rett momentarily but Rett frees himself. Bang looking for a sweep. Not yet Bang, not yet. Rett trying to control but Bang is working from the bottom. Bang has his feet on Rett's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work. Bang is wobbling all over the place through exhaustion. Will he make it to the final bell? Bang misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Ali Bang has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Rett has his takedown stuffed and Bang counters with a left and a right that stings Rett. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bang lands with a kick to the temple. Rett shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Rett's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bang connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Rett scrambles back to his feet. Rett on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
And that's the end of the fight! Ali Bang comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Bang has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dean throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Mohammad on the side of the head.
It looks like Hassan Mohammad has been cut. Dean cracks Mohammad with a good jab. Mohammad lands a body shot.

and Dean counters with a good low kick that Mohammad was not able to check. This has been an exciting period of action! Dean misses with an uppercut. Dean takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Mohammad is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Dean. Dean buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Dean loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Dean is looking to work some ground and pound but Mohammad has wrist control. Dean throwing strikes from guard but Mohammad blocks nicely. Dean stands up over Mohammad, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
