Love throws a body punch but Barnett moves out of range.

Barnett shoots in looking for a takedown but Love manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Barnett's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Love has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Barnett.
Love might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Love fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Barnett manages to avoid it.

Love feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Barnett is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Love defends well.
Love postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Barnett has his foot on Love's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Love works his way back into a safe position though.

Barnett is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Love frees his head nicely. Oh but Barnett has switched to an armbar! Love is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
