Ingunn fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Iori sprawls well initially but Ingunn persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Wro Tump!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Riku Reipas!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Wagner Zegers and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tump misses with a head kick.

Tump goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Reipas scores with a hook to the body. Tump takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Reipas moves out of range of the body kick from Tump.
Reipas looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Tump wants to slow Reipas down by chopping away at his legs.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Tump. Reipas shrugs it off though.
Tump tries to land a front kick but Reipas steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Reipas shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Tump defends it nicely.

Wro Tump has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Riku Reipas.

Reipas closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Reipas is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Tump defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Tump displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Reipas.
Tump with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Horrible takedown by Reipas or perhaps it was just good defense by Tump which made him look bad.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Reipas shoots in for a takedown but Tump shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Reipas avoids a kick to the body.

Reipas ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Tump moves away.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Riku Reipas will probably get the nod.

Reipas throws a low kick, looking for Tump's leg but Tump calmly moves out of range.

Tump gets caught napping as Reipas dives in and scores a takedown. Tump manages to retain guard.

Tump has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Reipas can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Reipas drops back looking for a leg! Tump is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tump manages to kick Reipas off! Reipas jumps back into Tump's guard.

Reipas won't allow Tump to get back to his feet.

Tump can't keep his opponent in guard - Reipas advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.

Reipas is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Tump defends it well.

Tump is defending against the submission attempts here by Reipas.
Reipas throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Tump wants to get back to full guard but Reipas has mounted him!
Tump looking to escape from mount but he's given up his back!
Tump has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
Well, with Reipas on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Tump is tapping out... Can he escape the position?
Tump breaks Reipas's hooks off and manages to turn into his guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Reipas looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Tump is defending well. Reipas quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Tump has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Reipas celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
