Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gage Bonds (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mon Key (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bonds kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Breaking Benjamin - I Will Not Bow. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gage Bonds! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mon Key! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Alyssa Summers and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bonds has taken the fight to the clinch.
Bonds is trying to break the clinch but Key has him pressed against the cage. Bonds is looking to break free of the clinch but Key has double underhooks. Bonds has had enough of the clinch but Key keeps him there for the moment. Bonds breaks the clinch.
Key looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Bonds tries to kick Key off in order to stand up. Key Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Bonds tries to get back to half guard but can't. Key moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Bonds wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Key working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Bonds is looking to regain half guard here but Key keeps moving and retains side control. Bonds taking punishment in the form of punches.

Key controls the position. Bonds knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Key on the ground. Key tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Key has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Bonds tries to improve position but can't. Key scores with a couple of short elbows. Bonds is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Key is controlling him well. Bonds bucks up and tries to throw Key off but instead Key has got his back! Key slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Key is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Bonds is defending well though. Key let's go of the attempt for now. A lull in the action here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Key tightening his grip on Bonds, looking for the choke. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Bonds rolls, trying to escape but Key keeps control of the position.
Key doesn't have the hooks in and Bonds manages to turn into his guard.
Key wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Key looking for a guillotine here but Bonds defends easily.
Key looks gassed! Bonds wants to control from the top but Key keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bonds looking to pass the guard. Key is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Bonds throws a big right hand that misses. Key lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Bonds! Key sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Bonds is bucking up trying to escape but Key cracks him with another couple of good strikes. Key looking to finish Bonds with some ground and pound. This is bad for Bonds! Key looking to control but Bonds is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Key lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Bonds is looking to improve his position but Key isn't that keen on the idea. Key connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Key can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bonds is looking to escape. Key takes Bonds's back, avoiding a couple of desperation strikes from the bottom.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bonds can't escape the position.
Bonds trying to control the hands but Key won't let him. Key has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Key is throwing punches to the body, looking to soften Bonds up.

Bonds throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bonds tries to clinch but Key moves out of range. Key shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Key showed some decent athleticism there. Key is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Bonds trying to get back to full guard but Key takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Key connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Key working Bonds over with strikes here. Key postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Bonds badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Key around the waist but Key pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Key is the winner by TKO! Key jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rye Rock lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
It looks like Ben Webster has been cut. Webster tries to clinch but Rye Rock is having none of it. Webster throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rye Rock's waist but Rye Rock gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Webster off to one side. Rye Rock lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Webster, right into the meat.
Webster throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Rye Rock was covering up waiting for the punch and Webster finishes the takedown easily into guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Webster trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Webster trying to control but Rye Rock is working from the bottom. Webster stops Rye Rock from standing up. Webster trying to stand up but can't free himself from Rye Rock's guard. Rye Rock looking for a sweep. Not yet Rye Rock, not yet. Webster should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rye Rock pulls Webster in close to prevent any damage. Webster drops back, looking for a kneebar! Rye Rock looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Rye Rock looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Rye Rock! Rye Rock misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Rye Rock cracks Webster with an elbow. That is naaassty. Rye Rock cracks Webster with a big elbow. Sloppy strikes there by Rye Rock. The strikes coming from Rye Rock are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Rye Rock sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Webster is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Webster wants to get back to his feet. Rye Rock lands a decent elbow from side control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Rye Rock drives through with a takedown into guard. Rye Rock has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Rye Rock wanted to stand there but Webster had control of the position. Rye Rock chips away with some ground and pound. Rye Rock working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Webster's head. Webster is trying to keep Rye Rock in close.
Rye Rock tries to free his leg and advance position but Webster is retaining full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Rye Rock trying to control the position from guard on top but Webster is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Webster escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Rye Rock gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Webster looks gassed! Webster is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Rye Rock is controlling him. Webster keeping full guard, as Rye Rock tries to pass.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Webster misses with a takedown attempt and Rye Rock counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Webster is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Rye Rock. Rye Rock with a jab. Rye Rock scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Rye Rock throws a right and a left that Webster avoids nicely. Rye Rock throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Webster.

Webster wants to clinch up but Rye Rock keeps it at a distance. Rye Rock lands with an overhand left. Rye Rock closes the distance and clinches up with Webster, looking for a takedown. Rye Rock pushes Webster against the cage but Webster circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Rye Rock gets a takedown into half guard. Rye Rock gets to his feet - back to striking we go! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Webster swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Rye Rock counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Webster throws a lazy head kick and Rye Rock counters with a nice uppercut. Ryan Rye Rock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Rye Rock shoots in for a takedown but Webster shows good takedown defense. Webster doesn't succeed with the takedown and Rye Rock counters with a lovely straight right hand! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fight moves into the clinch position. Rye Rock tries to pull guard but Webster holds him up against the cage and eventually Rye Rock drops back down to his feet.

Rye Rock tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Webster just stands there and leans against the cage. Webster wants the takedown. Rye Rock is fighting it off but Webster persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Rye Rock's guard against the cage. Webster drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Rye Rock dives on top into guard. Rye Rock stopping the sweep attempt from Webster.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rye Rock postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Webster is breathing heavily. Rye Rock scoring with some ground and pound. Rye Rock throwing strikes but missing. Webster looking to control.
Webster is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Webster is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Rye Rock gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Webster takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. A chopping leg kick lands by Rye Rock.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rye Rock cracks Webster with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. Rye Rock closes the distance but Webster moves to the side and Webster counters with a head kick. That will keep Rye Rock thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Rye Rock fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Webster sprawls well initially but Rye Rock persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Nice strikes from Rye Rock there. Rye Rock slips a nice elbow through Webster's hands, connecting with Webster's forehead. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Rye Rock lands a nice short elbow. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rye Rock landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Rye Rock passes to full mount! Rye Rock wants to control the pace but Webster is squirming around nicely. Rye Rock putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Webster wants to control but Rye Rock is having none of it.

Rye Rock closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Webster tries to get to full guard but Rye Rock has control of the leg. Webster is trying to control but can't.
Rye Rock throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Rye Rock wants to lay and pray for a moment but Webster keeps working. Rye Rock misses with a head shot. Webster uses the momentum to regain guard. Rye Rock in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Webster wants to stand up but Rye Rock is controlling him. Webster looking to hit a scissor sweep but Rye Rock is one step ahead there.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Rye Rock fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Webster with a poor takedown and Rye Rock counters with a lovely straight right hand! Rye Rock throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Webster stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Rye Rock avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Rye Rock's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Rye Rock duly obliges. Webster shoots and misses and Rye Rock counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Rye Rock tries to clinch but Webster moves out of range. Rye Rock tries to clinch up and Webster counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Webster. Webster jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Rye Rock walks away with a smile on his face. Webster gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Ryan Rye Rock has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ben Webster. A jab from Rye Rock finds it's way through Webster's defenses. Rye Rock is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rye Rock shoots in and drives through. Webster sprawls well. Webster wants to clinch up but Rye Rock keeps it at a distance. Webster tries to clinch and Rye Rock counters with a right hand to the body. Rye Rock listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Rye Rock clinches with his opponent.
Webster gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Rye Rock regains guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Webster throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rye Rock works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Rye Rock is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Rye Rock is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Webster keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Webster controlling the position for now. Ryan Rye Rock overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Webster tries to roll over but Rye Rock keeps him under control. Webster gets back to full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Webster keeping moving, preventing Rye Rock from controlling successfully. Rye Rock with a flurry of punches that miss. Webster tries to land a sweep but no joy. Webster manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Webster goes for an armbar but Rye Rock turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Rye Rock. Rye Rock landing with the ground and pound.
And that's the end of the fight! Ryan Rye Rock showed his dominance in that final round. Well Rye Rock has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Muso thuds his shin into the meat of Meite's side. Meite gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Muso to score an easy takedown into full guard. Meite tries to land a sweep but no joy. Muso trying to stand up but can't free himself from Meite's guard. Muso is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Meite wants to get back to his feet but Muso is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Meite is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Meite manages to escape and get back to his feet.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Meite. The fight stays on the outside here - Muso looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Meite has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Muso clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Muso has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke. Meite punishes Muso with strikes from the back mount. You can see the frustration on Muso's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Muso is trying to get back to his feet. He's worked up on to his knees and now he's on his feet with his head on the canvas, trying to shake Meite off. It looks like it's working - Meite slides off, much to his dismay, and we're back to standing! Muso displaying calm under pressure there. The fight moves into the clinch position. Muso tries to circle away but Meite has him pinned against the cage. Meite escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Meite turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Meite is breathing heavily. Muso pushes Meite away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Meite gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Muso tries to bench press Meite off him but Meite keeps the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Meite working the head and body with strikes. Meite has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Meite tries to advance to mount but Muso denies him. Muso is letting Meite control him for a moment. Meite wants to control but Muso is keeping him busy. Muso is looking to get back to his feet here but Meite is keeping cool and he's managed to take Muso's back. Meite controls the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Meite struggling to keep hold of the position.

He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Muso seems to have locked his on tight now - Meite screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Muso, as he picks up the win!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Killer shoots in for a double leg but Caliban sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Caliban looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Caliban might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Killer looking for a guillotine here but Caliban defends easily.
Caliban passes into half guard. Caliban is breathing heavily. Caliban lands strikes from half guard. Caliban looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Killer looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Caliban has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Killer is trying to get back to full guard. Killer is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Caliban is working for a kimura but Killer is defending it quite comfortably.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground. Killer gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily so Caliban counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Caliban passes easily into side control. Nice work. Caliban is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Killer has escaped the position, nice work there. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Killer manages to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Caliban is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Killer! Killer working to try and regain half guard.
Caliban landing punches. Caliban working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet. Killer defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Caliban. Caliban prevents Killer from getting the reversal. Caliban lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Caliban postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Killer looks a forlorn figure.
Caliban has control of Killer's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Killer regains control of the situation pretty easily.
Caliban looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Killer tries to reverse the position but Caliban maintains control. Killer in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Killer can't escape the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Caliban is working for a guillotine from mount but Killer frees his head quite easily.

Caliban changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Killer looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Killer tries to bench press Caliban off him but Caliban keeps the position. Caliban trying to control the position but Killer is working away. Killer is trying to get back to half guard. Caliban throws a strike aimed at the side of Killer's head but Killer avoids it well. Caliban blocks the strikes from Killer.
Caliban tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Caliban has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Caliban avoids the strikes from the bottom by Killer. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Killer is trying to get back to half guard.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Killer listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Killer misses with a takedown attempt and Caliban counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Killer! Rafael Caliban overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Caliban lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Caliban in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Killer is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Killer is wriggling around trying to escape.
BOOM! Caliban connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Caliban moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Killer has worked his arm free - good work by Killer!
Killer tries to improve position but can't. Caliban has hold of Killer's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Killer tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Caliban cranks the arm and Killer screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Killer, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! King checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Rood throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. A swing and a miss from Rood. Rood misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
King takes a jab right on the kisser.
Nice jab there from Rood. King shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rood as he avoids it easily. Rood fails with the takedown and King counters with a shoot takedown. Rood fights it but they end up in guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Rood is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. King is aware though and is defending well. King stopping the sweep attempt from Rood. King is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Rood is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Rood has escaped and now he's on top! Rood won't allow King to sweep him here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rood distracts King with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Rood loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. King is looking to sweep but instead, Rood has passed into half guard.
King is trying to get back to full guard. Rood lands with a punch from half guard. King looks like he's trying to stand up.
King on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Rood trying to control the action but King is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rood prevents King from improving his position. King manages to get to full guard.
Rood throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as King works some decent striking defense from the bottom. King has momentary wrist control but Rood slips an elbow through the middle. Rood is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but King has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Rood is looking to defend but King has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Rood! King pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Rood taps out and this one is all over!
