Hull shoots for a double leg takedown but Tulppu sprawls well. He's pushed Hull's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Hull closes the distance and clinches up with Tulppu, looking for a takedown. Hull pushes Tulppu against the cage but Tulppu circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Tulppu comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Tulppu defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hull.
Teppo Tulppu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Hull.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Hull with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tulppu to score with a decent uppercut.
Horrible takedown by Hull or perhaps it was just good defense by Tulppu which made him look bad.
Tulppu is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Hull flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Hull is out cold! Tulppu holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
