Ander shoots in for a takedown but Price shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Ander closes the distance and clinches up with Price, looking for a takedown. Ander pushes Price against the cage but Price circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Trevor Price has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Psil Ander.

Ander ducks under a wild hook from Price.
Price connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

Price feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Ander sprawling to the canvas! Ander rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Price finish him?!

Ander is rocked!
Price lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Ander - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Price!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Mek Ju!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kim Jong!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Yamamoto.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jong throws a right hand that misses
and Ju connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Ju keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
A telegraphed right hand from Jong misses the target.
Mek Ju seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jong takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like Kim Jong has been cut.
Ju jabs Jong right on the nose. Jong blinks but takes it well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jong fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ju manages to avoid it.
Ju misses with a hook. Jong ducked under it nicely.
Ju lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Ju comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Ju misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ju throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Jong stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Jong looks gassed!
Jong swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ju jabs at Jong's body.
Jong doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Ju scores with a crisp jab that stopped Jong in his tracks.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Ju! Jong is out on his feet! Ju rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Jong is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Jong is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mek Ju!
Mek Ju spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a big arrogant.
