And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of London, Cloud Strife!
The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, William Gold and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Strife fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Al Aziz avoids it really well and circles away.
Al Aziz lands with a shot to the body.
Strife shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Al Aziz sprawls well. Al Aziz wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Strife gets slowly back to his feet.
Al Aziz connects with a good right hand that stumbles Strife. Strife circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Strife looks gassed!
Strife on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Strife moves out of range of the strikes.
Al Aziz lands a slapping body shot.
Al Aziz connects with a body shot that sends Strife's belly button to the back.
Al Aziz lands a jab to Strife's midsection.

Al Aziz comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Al Aziz cracks Strife with a good jab.
Al Aziz thuds a left hand into Strife's body.
Strife drops his hands for a split second and Al Aziz immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Strife face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Al Aziz follows up with a right hand that knocks Strife into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Hassan Al Aziz!

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andy Wuzz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Justin Textmark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wuzz kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Lützenkirchen - German Kiss. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Donald Grub and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wuzz moves into the clinch.
Wuzz wants to take the fight to the mat but Textmark manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Textmark is looking for a takedown.
Textmark changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Wuzz fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Wuzz gets the takedown into side control.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Wuzz is trying to get an arm triangle but Textmark is defending well.
Textmark is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Wuzz throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
Wuzz misses with the ground and pound.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Textmark is pushing Wuzz's head away, looking to escape. Wuzz manages to hold on to the position though.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

Textmark wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wuzz cracks Textmark with a big right hand but Textmark just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
You can see the frustration on Textmark's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Wuzz tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Wuzz lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Wuzz advances to mount.
Textmark's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Textmark can't escape the position.

Wuzz is working for a guillotine from mount but Textmark frees his head quite easily.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Textmark is desperately trying to improve his position but Wuzz has a good base and remains in mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Wuzz swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Textmark is now in Wuzz's guard. A big mistake from Wuzz there, giving up the dominant position!

Wuzz is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Wuzz is looking for a triangle but Textmark pushes his legs off easily.

Wuzz looking to hit a scissor sweep but Textmark is one step ahead there.

Textmark avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Wuzz is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Textmark defends well.

Textmark tries to free his leg and advance position but Wuzz is retaining full guard.

Textmark drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Textmark jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Textmark wants to get up but he can't break Wuzz's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Textmark drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Textmark as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Wuzz screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Textmark! Nice submission victory there!
