The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Savage shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Bonaza pinned against the cage. Bonaza gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Savage misses with a takedown attempt and Bonaza counters with a slapping leg kick. Savage has his takedown stuffed and Bonaza counters with a head kick. Carlos Bonaza has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rowan Savage. Savage misses with a body kick. Savage shoots in but no luck this time. Bonaza throws a series of punches but Savage avoids them all with ease. Bonaza lands a high kick!

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Bonaza is looking to stand up but Savage isn't so interested in that idea. Bonaza controls Savage momentarily but Savage frees himself. Savage is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Bonaza is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Bonaza has escaped and now he's on top!

The ref stands the fighters back up because Carlos Bonaza just wasn't active enough. Savage fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Bonaza fails to land with a series of punches.

Bonaza takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Bonaza can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Savage is looking to escape.

Bonaza lands an elbow just above Savage 's eye. Bonaza will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Savage up against the cage. Bonaza lands a left hand.

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Savage fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Savage tries to score a body lock takedown but Bonaza shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Bonaza breaks the clinch.

Savage changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bonaza tries to avoid it but Savage manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bonaza to the ground. Bonaza escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A chopping leg kick lands by Bonaza. Bonaza connects with a single shot there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bonaza throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Savage. Bonaza lands a nice leg kick that just misses Savage's sensitive parts. Bonaza defending well as Savage loads up on a big left hand. Bonaza lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Savage decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Savage is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Bonaza has managed to free his arm - good work.
And that's the end of the fight! Carlos Bonaza showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bonaza, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Wolfe is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Wolfe wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kumtomanee keeps working.

Wolfe is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Wolfe in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. That was a close second round but I would say that Khali Kumtomanee will probably get the nod. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Hoost fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Smith checks it well. Hoost throws a half hearted mid kick. Smith dips to his left and cracks Hoost with an uppercut! Smith lands a lovely overhand right. Hoost misses with a low kick.

Hoost will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Smith crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Hoost - the referee stops the clock and Smith gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Hoost. Smith manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Hoost throws a leg kick but Smith sees it coming and moves out of range. Smith misses with an uppercut. Hoost throws the kick towards the body but Smith avoids it. Jab, jab by Smith - just one landing.

Hoost ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Hoost pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Smith throws a hook to the side of Hoost's head but Hoost sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Alex Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hoost looks to throw the jab but Smith is out of range. Hoost slips a straight right by Smith. Hoost rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Smith moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Smith cracks Hoost with a right hand to the side of the head. Smith throws a right hand that Hoost ducks under and follows up with a left that Hoost also avoids with ease. Hoost tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Smith was well out of range. Poor timing from Hoost.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hoost tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Smith cracks Hoost with an open hand slap. Smith lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hoost circles away quickly and effectively. Smith throws out a loose jab but Hoost uses good head movement to avoid it. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Smith checks a leg kick. Hoost attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin. Smith misses the shot to the body. Smith jabs Hoost to the body, keeping him at a distance. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Smith looks to land a right hand but Hoost moved out of range. A head kick misses from Hoost. Smith ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Smith swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Hoost moves away from the strike by Smith. Smith thows a body shot but no joy. Hoost rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Smith moves out of range and avoids them all easily. That's three minutes gone in the round. Hoost blocks a jab. Hoost is looking to chop away at Smith's legs. Smith looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Smith scores with a jab. Hoost moves out of range of the strikes. Smith throws an overhand right that lands on Hoost's shoulder, as Hoost tries to avoid the shot. Smith lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Smith loads up on a big right hand but Hoost slips the punch. Hoost throws a chopping leg kick but Smith manages to avoid taking any serious damage. Hoost throws the kick towards the body but Smith avoids it. Hoost fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Smith is out of range. A looping hook to the body misses from Smith. Hoost does a little dance to reset his feet. Smith lands a lovely overhand right. Hoost takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Hoost just misses with a punch to the body.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Hoost misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Smith looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Hoost misses with a low kick.
Smith fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hoost manages to avoid it. Hoost takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Hoost throws a nice outside leg kick. Smith throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hoost tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Smith is able to avoid easily. Smith scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. This has been an exciting period of action! Smith swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Sebastiaan Hoost has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Smith avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Smith checks a leg kick nicely. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Hoost pivots, looking for a leg kick but Smith is out of range and Hoost settles back down. Hoost takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Hoost with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Smith to score with a decent uppercut. Smith cracks Hoost with a good jab.
And that's the end of the fight! Alex Smith comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Smith has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice shot by Morrison. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Morrison, right into the meat.
Morrison scores with a head kick. Mungo tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Morrison avoids a punch combination nicely.
A looping hook to the body misses from Mungo. Morrison does a little dance to reset his feet. Sloppy strikes from Mungo. Those never looked like landing. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Morrison. Morrison lands a big head kick that sends Mungo tumbling to the mat! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Resparzo tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Johnson is in Resparzo's guard. Johnson trying to control the position from guard on top but Resparzo is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Resparzo has his feet on Johnson's thighs here. He's pushed Johnson off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Johnson screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
