0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Michael Goldman! The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Tatsuya Matsuyama and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Horrible takedown by Goldman or perhaps it was just good defense by Harunodo which made him look bad. Harunodo throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Harunodo throws a body punch but Goldman moves out of range. Goldman moves out of range as Harunodo throws a body kick.
Harunodo tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. A nice inside leg kick there by Harunodo. That's going to slow Goldman down. Harunodo lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Goldman looks gassed! Harunodo avoids the head kick by Goldman.
This has been an exciting period of action! Harunodo misses with a wild combination.
Harunodo fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Goldman checks it well. Harunodo tries to sprawl but Goldman drives through with a takedown into half guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup. Harunodo wants to get back to his feet. Goldman is pressing down on Harunodo's thigh, looking to free his foot. Harunodo is holding on for now. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harunodo has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Goldman is working away from the top position though. Harunodo wants to control but Goldman passes into side.
Goldman is looking to take a break and control but Harunodo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Harunodo is letting Goldman control him for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Goldman trying to control the action but Harunodo is working from the bottom. Harunodo struggling a bit here. Goldman is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Harunodo is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A bit of a lull in the action here. Goldman wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Harunodo, who protects the arm well. Harunodo managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Goldman.
Harunodo is trying to get back to half guard. Goldman thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

That was a close round but I would say that Miles Harunodo will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Goldman fails with a takedown attempt. Goldman shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Goldman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Harunodo tries to avoid it but Goldman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Harunodo to the ground. Harunodo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Miles Harunodo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Goldman. Goldman fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Harunodo to the ground. Goldman is now in Harunodo's guard. Goldman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Harunodo swivels though and keeps the full guard. Harunodo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Goldman on the ground. Goldman pushes down on Harunodo's leg and manages to get into half guard. Goldman prevents Harunodo from standing back up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Goldman seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Harunodo does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Harunodo is in trouble now - Goldman has advanced to mount! Goldman throws some wild stikes that Harunodo manages to avoid easily.

Goldman wants to finish this one by submission but Harunodo is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Goldman. Goldman avoids the attempt from Harunodo to control. Goldman controlling the pace for now. Michael Goldman has got the better of the ground game so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harunodo holds on to Goldman as tight as he can, avoiding damage. Goldman has isolated one of Harunodo's arms. Harunodo looking to fight him off but Goldman twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!

Ken kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is wiw. Euthanasia Atheist told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Atheist shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ken but Ken pushes him off and we're back to square one. Good work by Atheist as he checks the leg kick. Ken looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Atheist tries to get to full guard but Ken has control of the leg. Atheist trying to control from the bottom.

Ken wants to stand up but Atheist has a hold of him and won't allow it. Ken is breathing heavily. Ken decides to stand up. A momentary lapse in concentration from Atheist enables Ken to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Atheist manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Atheist looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nolty avoids the head kick by Dida.
A combination from Nolty does no damage. Some wild striking there from Nolty.
Nolty dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Nolty's corner calls for a 1-2. Nolty obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
It looks like Andre Dida has been cut. Nolty fails to land with a series of punches.
Nolty rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Dida moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Dida is trying hard to land a takedown here. Nolty sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Nolty looks to land a combination but Dida avoids it well. Dida slips a jab and a cross from Nolty.

Nolty throws a right and a left that Dida avoids nicely. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nolty throws a nice looking combination but Dida bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Nolty throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nolty lands with an overhand left. Dida throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Dida shoots in and bounces Nolty off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Nolty is working an open guard so Dida takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Dida looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round. Nolty swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nolty works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Nolty really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Nolty throws a right and a left that both miss. Dida shoots in for a takedown but Nolty shows good takedown defense. Dida tries to clinch there but Nolty circles away.

Nolty gets tackled into the cage by Dida. Dida maintains the clinch. Nolty is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Nolty breaks from the clinch.
Nolty jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Dida is rocked! Nick Nolty is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Dida throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Dida is still on wobbly legs! Can Nolty finish him? Nolty fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A combination from Nolty does no damage. Nolty lands with a right and another and another! Dida is in big trouble! Nolty lands again and this time it's lights out for Dida! A quality knockout there for Nolty.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kaen with a poor takedown and Kaimuay cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Kaen gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Kaimuay counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Kaen tries for a takedown but Kaimuay circles away easily enabling Kaimuay to counter with a crisp jab. Sawk Kaimuay has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Neisan Kaen. Kaen tries for a takedown but Kaimuay circles away easily and Kaimuay counters with a head kick. That will keep Kaen thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks! Neisan Kaen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kaen doesn't succeed with the takedown and Kaimuay counters with a flying knee. Nice. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kaen gets a takedown into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Kaimuay pushes Kaen off looking to stand but Kaen dives back in and keeps control.
Kaimuay knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Kaen on the ground. Kaen is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Kaimuay is trying to get back to full guard. Kaimuay moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Kaen drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Kaimuay dives on top into guard. Kaimuay has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Kaen had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kaimuay defends it easily. Kaimuay wants to get up but he can't break Kaen's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kaimuay got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kaen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kaimuay has managed to get both his arms back between Kaen's legs - danger averted. Kaimuay preventing the sweep. Kaen looks gassed! Kaimuay controlling from the top position. Kaen has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Kaimuay is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Kaen.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kaimuay is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt Kaen will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kaimuay stands up. Kaen fails with the takedown letting Kaimuay counter with a right hand. Kaen doesn't succeed with the takedown and Kaimuay counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Kaen fails with the takedown and Kaimuay counters with a good, hard body kick but Kaen shrugs it off.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A head kick from Kaimuay lands but Kaen takes it in his stride. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kaimuay lands with a kick to the temple. Kaen shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Kaen misses with a takedown attempt enabling Kaimuay to counter with a crisp jab. Kaimuay scores with a three punch combo!
Kaimuay scores with a punch to the head. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Kaimuay scores with a push kick. Kaimuay tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sawk Kaimuay dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Kaen doesn't succeed with the takedown and Kaimuay counters with a nice uppercut. Sawk Kaimuay has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Neisan Kaen. Kaen is breathing heavily. Kaimuay lands a big head kick that sends Kaen tumbling to the mat! Kaimuay takes a step backwards and waves Kaen back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Kaen scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Kaen takes a shot right to the bread basket. Kaimuay lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Kaimuay circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Kaen drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Kaimuay follows Kaen to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sawk Kaimuay! After winning the bout, Sawk Kaimuay thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Deniro throws a series of punches but Lombard moves out of range. Deniro throws a hook but Lombard blocks it. Lombard showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Deniro.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lombard circles away from the clinch attempt and Lombard counters by moving into the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Deniro is looking to break free of the clinch but Lombard has double underhooks. Lombard breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Deniro is defended easily by Lombard. Lombard rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Deniro moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Deniro swings and misses with a hook to the body.

letting Deniro counter with a right hand.
It looks like Hector Lombard has been cut. Deniro tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Lombard is able to avoid easily. Sloppy strikes from Lombard. Those never looked like landing. Deniro misses with a low kick.
Deniro pivots, looking for a leg kick but Lombard is out of range and Deniro settles back down. Deniro lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Deniro throws a leg kick that misses. Deniro swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Lombard lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Lombard moves forwards but Deniro connects with a nice, crisp jab. Lombard ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Deniro moves away. Deniro drops Lombard with a straight right hand, right on the button! Deniro follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Steve Deniro! Steve Deniro bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.

The Random thumps Zaki with a low kick. Zaki tries to clinch but The Random is having none of it. Zaki swings widly with a right hand
and The Random counters with a series of strikes. Zaki will be more careful next time no doubt. Zaki looks to land a right hand but The Random moved out of range. The Random throws a head kick that Zaki semi-blocks.
It looks like Yuki Zaki has been cut. The Random misses with a kick to the body.
The Random thumps Zaki with a low kick. Zaki takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gotty doesn't succeed with the takedown and Coleman counters with a nice double leg into side control. Gotty won't be happy with that. Gotty is positioning himself to get back to half guard. Coleman working away. Coleman throwing shots but missing, from side control. Gotty is trying to control Coleman's posture but Coleman avoids it. Gotty is looking for a sweep. Coleman sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Gotty is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Mickey Mouse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mouse doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Dance looks to land a combination but Mouse avoids it well. Dance bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Dance connects with a single shot there. Dance throws a right hand that Mouse ducks under and follows up with a left that Mouse also avoids with ease. Dance misses with a straight right. A combination from Mouse does no damage. Dance swings for the body but Mouse moves out of range.

Dance bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Mouse's head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Dance is looking to stand up but Mouse isn't so interested in that idea. Mouse wants to control from the top but Dance keeps moving.

Samuel Dance is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Mouse misses with a head shot. Dance uses the momentum to regain guard.
