2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kevin Rhodes! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Hirohito Nitta and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Durkin works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Rhodes scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Rhodes prevents Durkin from improving his position. Durkin is working hard here to advance position. Durkin trying to control here.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Durkin will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Durkin wants to get back to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Jacob Durkin. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Durkin, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Svensson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! A slow jab from Nunes Velicka misses its intended target. Nunes Velicka slaps away a takedown attempt from Svensson, before circling back to the center of the mat. Svensson with a lazy takedown attempt and Nunes Velicka counters with a straight right hand. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Malone gets tackled into the cage by Ibrahimovic. Ibrahimovic maintains the clinch. Malone lands an elbow inside that Ibrahimovic shrugs off. Malone stalls. Malone wants to take the fight to the mat but Ibrahimovic manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. A frustrated look appears on Ibrahimovic's face as he tries to break the clinch. Malone changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Ibrahimovic fights it off and pushes away nicely.

It looks like Bj Gracie has been cut. Phenom works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Gracie fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Gracie throws a head kick that misses. Oooooh!!! Phenom has knocked Gracie down with a huge combo! Phenom steps away and waves a wobbly Gracie back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

and Phenom counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Gracie out cold! What a finish! Phenom is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

He's pushed Deathgrip's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Robinson tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Deathgrip swivels and escapes. Deathgrip drives through with a takedown into Robinson's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Robinson is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Deathgrip rolls with it to try and escape but Robinson cranks on the arm and Deathgrip is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!

Sheilds drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Edgecombe manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Sheilds has Edgecombe in his guard. Sheilds swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sheilds is looking for a triangle but Edgecombe pushes his legs off easily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Edgecombe wants to control from the top but Sheilds keeps moving. Sheilds looking to control.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Edgecombe tries to free his leg and advance position but Sheilds is retaining full guard. Edgecombe trying to control the position from guard on top but Sheilds is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Sheilds is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

It looks like Idi Amin Dada has been cut. Dada takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Dada fails with a takedown attempt. Dada decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Honda works his way to full guard. Good work. Dada preventing the sweep. Dada content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. Honda is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Honda escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dada gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Dada throwing strikes from guard but Honda blocks nicely.

Dada loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Dada knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Honda on the ground. Honda avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Honda is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Honda wants to sweep here but Dada controlling him for the moment. Dada throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Dada connects with a couple of short punches. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A head kick from Christopherson lands but Shikoku takes it in his stride. A shot to the body from Christopherson misses and Shikoku counters with a lovely straight right hand! Shikoku ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. A big left from Christopherson misses. Christopherson loads up on a big right hand but Shikoku slips the punch. Shikoku moves into the clinch successfully.
Christopherson is trying to maintain a safe position but Shikoku gets an underhook and turns Christopherson into the cage. Christopherson takes a shot to the head.
It looks like Balsac Christopherson has been cut. Shikoku lands a nice shot to the body. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Christopherson pushes off an throws an elbow but Shikoku leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Shikoku comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Shikoku presses Christopherson against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Christopherson looks gassed! A short right hand to the side of the head by Shikoku. Shikoku lands an elbow that stopped Christopherson in his tracks for a moment.
Christopherson is rocked! Shikoku creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Christopherson with a big uppercut! Christopherson tries to clinch up but Shikoku pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Christopherson to the mat! Christopherson covers up and Shikoku unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bellfoot on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Sumitani looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Sumitani fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Bellfoot closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Sumitani tries to get to full guard but Bellfoot has control of the leg. Nice strikes from Bellfoot there. Sumitani really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bellfoot. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bellfoot is keen to just control but Sumitani is a slippery customer. Bellfoot moves nicely into side control. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. You can see the frustration on Sumitani's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Bellfoot creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Sumitani sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bellfoot thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Sumitani is letting Bellfoot control him for a moment. Bellfoot has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Sumitani is trying to improve his position. Bellfoot advances to mount. Bellfoot wants to control the pace but Sumitani is squirming around nicely. Bellfoot postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Sumitani looks a forlorn figure.
It looks like Masaki Sumitani has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Sumitani takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bellfoot jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Sumitani manages to avoid the submission attempt. Bellfoot connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Sumitani some visible discomfort.
That has opened up Masaki Sumitani's cut even more. Bellfoot passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Sumitani! Bellfoot fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The cut above Masaki Sumitani's eye is starting to cause him problems now. Bellfoot looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Bellfoot is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Sumitani can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Sumitani is bucking up trying to escape but Bellfoot cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Masaki Sumitani's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
The referee calls the doctor in to look at Masaki Sumitani's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
