The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chankya moves into range and clinches up with Liddell. Liddell jumps guard but Chankya turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Liddell on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Chankya with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
It looks like Steve Liddell has been cut. Chankya lands with a light punch inside. Chankya throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Liddell blocks it with crossed arms. Liddell is trying to push Chankya away but Chankya has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Chankya connects with a knee to the head.
Come on Chankya - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Watson connects with a jab. Warwick tries to clinch up and Watson counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Watson lands with a punch from half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Watson is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Watson missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Warwick on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Watson prevents Warwick from improving his position. Watson winds up and cracks Warwick with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Warwick manages to get to full guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Watson drops an elbow to the side of Warwick's head. Warwick is trying to get back to full guard. Watson winds up and cracks Warwick with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Watson lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Watson is working for a kimura but Warwick is defending it quite comfortably.

Watson lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning. Warwick is looking to improve his position but Watson isn't that keen on the idea. Watson postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Warwick looks a forlorn figure.

Mint darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Braton wants to get back to his feet. Mint slows the pace down in half guard. Mint wants to control but Braton is keeping him busy.

Braton is breathing heavily. A momentary lapse in concentration from Braton enables Mint to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Braton manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. This has been an exciting period of action! Braton keeping moving, preventing Mint from controlling successfully. Mint keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Braton's head. Mint works a leg free and moves into half guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Jared Mint hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Mint shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Mint was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Poor strikes thrown by Mint there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

Mint throws a right and a left that both miss. Mint shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Braton pinned against the cage. Braton gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Braton lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Some wild striking there from Braton.
Mint blocks a jab. Braton throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Mint uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Braton.
Mint closes this distance looking for a takedown but Braton circles away. Braton throws out a loose jab but Mint uses good head movement to avoid it. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Braton misses with a straight left. Braton throws a lazy uppercut
and Mint decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Braton's guard. Mint throws a strike but Braton rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
That's one minute gone in the round. Braton stands up and waves to Mint to follow him. Mint instigates a clinch. Braton has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Braton is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Mint prevents Braton from breaking the clinch. Braton wants to break the clinch but can't.
Mint is trying to drag Braton to the mat but Braton just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Arnold Braton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jared Mint. Braton tries to break the clinch but Mint is controlling the position.

Mint throwing shots but Braton is blocking nicely. Mint wants to control but Braton is keeping him busy. This has been an exciting period of action! Braton tries to kick Mint off but Mint keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Mint tries to pass the half guard into mount. Braton knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Braton tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Mint manages to move to mount!

Arnold Braton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jared Mint. Braton misses with a hook. Mint ducked under it nicely. Mint blocks a jab. Mint fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Braton tries to close the distance and clinch but Mint swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Braton swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Braton swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jared Mint is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Mint avoids the body shot from Braton.
Mint rushes Braton and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Mint is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Braton gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Braton wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Mint has him pressed against the cage. Mint has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Braton after a bit of a struggle.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A short uppercut from Mint. Mint can't get the takedown.
Braton looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Mint keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Braton's efforts to push away. Mint pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Braton throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Mint on the side of the head. Braton stalks Mint and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Mint's face. Mint staggers backwards, shaken. Mint scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Mint wants to lay and pray for a moment but Braton keeps working. Jared Mint is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Mint is pressing down on Braton's thigh, looking to free his foot. Braton is holding on for now.

Fair gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Fair drives through with a takedown into guard. Fair decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hood sizes up St Taylor with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. St Taylor misses with a takedown attempt - Hood sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Hood jabs at St Taylor's body. St Taylor walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. St Taylor tries for a takedown but Hood sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. St Taylor looks for a takedown but Hood sprawls well. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Romo throws a head kick that misses. Romo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Brown has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Romo uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Brown.
Brown throws out a token jab with nothing on it. A good leg kick by Romo. Brown rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Romo counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Nice uppercut there from Romo. Romo dips to his left and cracks Brown with an uppercut! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Brown tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Romo fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Brown on the side of the head.
