The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stimpson swats away the attempt to clinch by Manson.
Manson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Stimpson lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
No joy there for Stimpson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

It looks like Charles Manson has been cut.

Manson ducks straight into an uppercut from Stimpson and tumbles to the canvas! It�s a flash knockdown though - Manson manages to regain guard straight away.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

It looks like Jeremy King has been cut.
Jonny Perci seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Perci smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
King shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Perci as he avoids it easily.

King utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if King can do anything to dispel that myth.
