Idrissa lands with a nice combination. Gill backs away looking to recover.

Idrissa shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Gill eats them both and turns towards Idrissa to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Idrissa scores with a big combo that sends Gill crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but the referee has seen enough as Gill flops around uncontrollably and he's called an end to the fight! Idrissa jumps onto the ropes and throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Gross.

Bergquist will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
