Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aaron Rodgers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nicklas Bendtner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rodgers might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to U-Fig. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Nicklas Bendtner was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Aaron Rodgers! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Nicklas Bendtner! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Albert Achterberg and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bendtner dodges the punch combination from Rodgers.
Rodgers throws a series of punches but Bendtner avoids them all with ease. Aaron Rodgers seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Rodgers lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Bendtner circles away quickly and effectively. Bendtner misses with a takedown and Rodgers counters with a one-two to the body. Bendtner with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Rodgers to score with a decent uppercut. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Rodgers. Bendtner shoots in for a takedown but Rodgers shows good takedown defense. Rodgers lands a jab to the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Rodgers with a body punch. A glancing blow. Rodgers throws a nice looking combination but Bendtner bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Bendtner fails with the takedown. Aaron Rodgers has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nicklas Bendtner. Rodgers looks to land a combination but Bendtner avoids it well. Rodgers with a nice cross. Bendtner will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Bendtner shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rodgers as he jumps to the side. Bendtner looks gassed!

Rodgers is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Bendtner like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Bendtner from another fist facial!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Brugnone shoots in looking for a takedown. Jonsen tries to sprawl out of it but Brugnone keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Jonsen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Brugnone looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Jonsen has Brugnone up against the ropes in a clinch.

Jonsen gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Jonsen creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Brugnone's defenses. Jonsen scores with a knee to the head.

Brugnone takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
