Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Frangote bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Boans cracks Coleman with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Jon Boans decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Silva has an Americana. Oliveira didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Silva is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Silva hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

Sobral has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Sobral is squeezing on Carioca like an anaconda would it's prey. Carioca fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Boon Baboon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Radu Vrabiuta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
