The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ismail fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Nguyen avoids it really well and circles away. Ismail uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Nguyen.
Nguyen darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Ismail trying to control but Nguyen postures up.
Ismail regains full guard. Nicely done. Nguyen looking to sit in guard and control but Ismail gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Nguyen throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nguyen has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ismail can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Ismail decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Nguyen, up you get! Nguyen decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Nguyen blocks the strikes from Ismail.
Nguyen is keen to just control but Ismail is a slippery customer. Ismail is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Nguyen pulls his head out easily. Nguyen perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Ismail looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Ismail wants to improve his position but Nguyen is controlling well.

Nguyen pushes Ismail against the cage but Ismail circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Nguyen is defended easily by Ismail. Nguyen slaps away a takedown attempt from Ismail, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Ismail is rocked! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nguyen loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Oh Ismail is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Ismail looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Nguyen has picked Ismail up and slammed him! Ismail can't keep hold of the triangle and Nguyen manages to pass to side control! Ismail is looking to regain half guard here but Nguyen keeps moving and retains side control. Ismail tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Nguyen presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Nguyen controlling the position easily from mount. Let's hope that Nguyen has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Ismail seems to have got his legs back now.

Ismail is looking to improve his position but Nguyen isn't that keen on the idea. Nguyen sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.

Sen Nguyen seems to be getting the better of the standup. Nguyen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Nguyen wants it to stay on the feet. Nguyen tries to bum rush Ismail with a series of wild strikes but Ismail uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Nguyen tries to clinch but Ismail is having none of it. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Ismail is defended easily by Nguyen. Wallid Ismail is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Nguyen tries to close the distance and clinch but Ismail swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sen Nguyen showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Wallid Ismail's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

OK we're going to have a standup here. Sen Nguyen hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Nguyen throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ismail's waist but Ismail gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Nguyen off to one side. Ismail shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Nguyen manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Well,Ismail is on his way to losing a decision here. Can he use his experience to pull something off in the closing minutes? Ismail trying to control but Nguyen is working from the bottom. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Nguyen had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ismail defends it easily.

Hugo on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Betty. Betty obviously looking to wear him down.

and Sanchez counters with a stiff right hand. Meridius takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Sanchez thows a body kick. Meridius tries to catch it but that hurt him. Meridius looks gassed! Meridius tries to work over Sanchez's front leg with a kick but Sanchez checks it. Sanchez thumps Meridius with a low kick. Sanchez throws the kick towards the body but Meridius avoids it. Meridius misses with a body kick. Sanchez connects with a single shot there.

Meridius tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Sanchez comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Meridius tries to move into range but Sanchez moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Sanchez lands a leg kick that knocks Meridius off balance momentarily. That kick from Sanchez tenderised Meridius's leg. Meridius is trying to keep his angry face on. Sanchez scores with a crisp jab that stopped Meridius in his tracks. Meridius tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Nice shot by Sanchez.
Meridius is rocked! Sanchez flashes Meridius a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Meridius's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Meridius crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Sanchez punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wise with a poor takedown and Fitzwell counters with a lovely straight right hand! Wise fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Wise gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Fitzwell counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Richard Fitzwell has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dennis Wise. Wise thows a body shot but no joy. Dennis Wise seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wise looks to land a combination but Fitzwell avoids it well. Fitzwell smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
It looks like Dennis Wise has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! A combination from Fitzwell does no damage. Wise throws a right hand that Fitzwell ducks under and follows up with a left that Fitzwell also avoids with ease. Wise with a lazy takedown attempt and Fitzwell counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Wise looks gassed! Fitzwell's jab looks to have found its range, popping Wise under the eye. Wise shoots in for a takedown but Fitzwell shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Fitzwell lunges at Wise with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Wise's hand. Wise with a lazy takedown attempt and Fitzwell counters with a left hand that sends Wise to the canvas!
Wise is rocked! Fitzwell gets to his feet and stands over Wise, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Wise felt that one! Fitzwell unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Wise from any more punishment!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Richard Fitzwell! Richard Fitzwell bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.

Fury feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Son crashing to the mat! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Eccleston tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nash swivels and escapes. Eccleston fails with the takedown and Nash counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Eccleston thinking. Nash works Eccleston's body with a nice hook. Eccleston misses with a takedown and Nash counters with a nice double leg into side control. Eccleston won't be happy with that. Cobb Nash has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Christopher Eccleston. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nash just content to control the position.
