That's four minutes gone in the round. Idea with good strikes from the mount here! Idea can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Canada is looking to escape. Idea lands a heavy elbow. Idea connects with a bit shot that sees Canada covering up! More strikes from Idea and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Idea is our winner by TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bad Idea! Bad Idea is the new lightweight champion! Bad Idea very nearly forgot to thank MERKIN FIGHTWEAR amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
