The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rua slips under a jab.
Rua clobbers ruas with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Rua moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

ruas throws a looping overhand right but Rua ducks down to avoid it.

Rua throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rua throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck ruas on the side of the head.
Rua lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
No joy there for Rua, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
