Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Phil Phillips!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armstrong is looking to clinch but Phillips is avoiding it.
Armstrong tries a head kick but it misses.
Phil Phillips seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Phillips's corner calls for a 1-2. Phillips obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Armstrong forces Phillips back against the cage and clinches.
Phillips has had enough of the clinch but Armstrong keeps him there for the moment.
Phillips pushes Armstrong back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Phillips managing to block the knees to the body from Armstrong.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Phillips.

Phillips manages to pull guard.
Armstrong stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Phillips swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Phillips is working an open guard so Armstrong takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Phillips throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Armstrong stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Armstrong shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Phillips sprawls well. Phillips wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Armstrong gets slowly back to his feet.

Phillips lands a left and a right that send Armstrong crashing to the mat, dazed. Phillips thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Armstrong is rocked!

Phillips lands with a right and another and another! Armstrong is in big trouble! Phillips lands again and this time it's lights out for Armstrong! A quality knockout there for Phillips.

It's a brutal combination of punches from Hallestrom! Mcartura is backing up but he can't get away as Hallestrom lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Mcartura and ends the fight. Great knockout.
