The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rua avoids the body shot from Styles.
Rua ducks under a wild hook from Styles. Styles misses the shot to the body. Rua changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Styles tries to avoid it but Rua manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Styles to the ground. Styles escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Rua shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Styles as he jumps to the side. Styles misses with a wild body shot. Styles throws a body punch but Rua moves out of range. Styles scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Styles is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Rua rather than just go for the knockout. Rua misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dante Rua. That's going to take a lot out of him. Rua shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Styles as he avoids it easily. Styles lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Let's see if East can do anything to dispel that myth. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Rua working away. Rua trying to control the action but East is working from the bottom. Rua tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rua has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Rua looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Lee uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Lee throws a nice outside leg kick. Lee moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Roughcut gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Lee counters with a lovely straight right hand!

He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Roughcut shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Lee counters with a low kick, right behind Roughcut 's knee. Lee connects with the punch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Roughcut on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Lee plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Lee throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Roughcut with a lazy takedown attempt and Lee counters with a good low kick that Roughcut was not able to check. Roughcut is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Lee lands with a good body shot. Roughcut fails with the takedown and Lee counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ronald Roughcut. That's going to take a lot out of him. Both fighters are breathing heavily.

A big right from Lee misses. This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Roughcut. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery. Lee misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Roughcut.
And that's the end of the fight! Cung Lee comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lee has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Chinner has his takedown stuffed and Pintor counters with a stiff right hand. Pintor clobbers Chinner with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Chinner with a poor takedown and Pintor counters with a series of strikes. Chinner will be more careful next time no doubt. Pintor drives through and clinches with Chinner against the cage.

Pintor continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up. Chinner avoiding damage.
Pintor lands a right hand. Pintor pressing his opponent against the cage. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A body shot lands from Pintor.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pintor slowing the pace effectively. Pintor breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Chinner tries to shoot in for a takedown. Chinner is breathing heavily. Chinner slips a jab and a cross from Pintor.
Chinner closes the distance but Pintor moves to the side and Pintor counters with a leg kick. Pintor feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Chinner's calf. Chinner shoots and misses and Pintor counters with a nice low kick that buckles Chinner's knee momentarily. Pintor pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pintor scores with the left hand. Chinner knows he should have avoided that one. Pintor scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Pintor scores with a hook. Chinner takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Pintor throws a combination. Chinner tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Pintor lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Chinner backs up against the cage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pintor scores with a nice strike. Pintor fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Chinner looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Pintor is looking to slow Chinner down with leg kicks. Chinner chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Pintor can pounce on him.
Pintor dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Pintor stalks Chinner and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Chinner's face. Chinner staggers backwards, shaken.
Chinner is rocked! Chinner gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Chinner tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Pintor is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Chinner buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Chinner!! Chinner is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Pintor throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gunderson takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Gunderson fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Gunderson shoots in but IV avoids the takedown attempt easily. Gunderson has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Gunderson there as he acknowledges the shot. IV drops Gunderson with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gunderson looks back up at him and smiles so IV waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Gunderson is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Gunderson shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and IV counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Gunderson out cold! What a finish! IV is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!

Savanis looking for a takedown here - he's got it. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
