The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Raucci changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Fist looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Raucci with the ground and pound but Fist regains half guard under the barage of strikes.
Fist is pressing down on Raucci's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Raucci with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Raucci working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Raucci lands a couple of elbows.
Raucci throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Fist works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Fist is on top in guard.
Raucci is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Fist is controlling him.
Fist is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Fist drops back looking for a leg! Raucci is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Raucci manages to kick Fist off! Fist jumps back into Raucci's guard.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Raucci can do anything to dispel that myth.

Raucci scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Fist manages to mount him!

Raucci really wants to buck Fist off and get back to his feet.
