0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ice Man! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Piotr Mitas! The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Mitas napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Man tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Man has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Man will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Mitas is trying to get back to half guard. Mitas wants to get back to his feet but Man drags him back down. Man wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mitas keeps working. Mitas tries to bench press Man off him but Man keeps the position. Man working away. Man misses with the ground and pound.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Mitas is looking to reverse the position. Mitas is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Man has just dragged him back down to the mat. Man passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Mitas! Mitas holds on to Man as tight as he can, avoiding damage. Mitas keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Mitas really wants to buck Man off and get back to his feet. Man trying to control but Mitas is having none of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mitas tries to hold on but Man postures up.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Mitas is in all sorts of trouble here.
Man trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Man swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Mitas is now in Man's guard. A big mistake from Man there, giving up the dominant position! Mitas connects with a couple of short punches. Mitas pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Man is keeping the position for now. Mitas lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Mitas cracks Man with a solid left hand. Man is wriggling around but Mitas manages to pass to half guard.
Man is breathing heavily. Mitas takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Mitas looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Man with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Mitas decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

Mitas fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Man, pushing him back against the cage. Mitas goes for a takedown attempt but Man pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Mitas pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Man back to the cage. Mitas follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mitas fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Man avoids it really well and circles away.
Man closes the distance and clinches. Mitas drops down looking for an ankle pick but Man pulls his leg out and moves away.
Ice Man has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Piotr Mitas. Man stuffs the takedown. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Mitas tries for a takedown but Man sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Piotr Mitas dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Mitas is looking to clinch but Man is avoiding it.
The fight moves into the clinch position. Mitas tries to score a body lock takedown but Man shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Man is trying to maintain a safe position but Mitas gets an underhook and turns Man into the cage.

Man trying to control but Mitas is working from the bottom. Mitas is pulling down on Man's head to control his posture. Mitas keeping moving, preventing Man from controlling successfully.

Mitas fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Man to the ground. Mitas is now in Man's guard. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Mitas throws a big right hand that misses. Man keeping moving, preventing Mitas from controlling successfully.
Man has his foot on Mitas's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mitas works his way back into a safe position though. Mitas's corner is telling him to maintain position. Man not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Mitas scoring with some ground and pound. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Mitas sitting in guard, not really doing much. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mitas accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Mitas scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Man to see if he's OK. Mitas is putting a hurting on Man here, landing some big shots from side control. Mitas working the ground and pound but Man is defending the strikes. Man tries to improve position but can't.

Mitas thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Mitas scoring with punches from side control. Mitas cracks Man with a big elbow. Man seems a little lost for a moment, as Mitas dominates the positioning. Mitas scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Man to see if he's OK.
Mitas is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Man has escaped the position, nice work there. Mitas takes a little break here. Man wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Mitas trying to control the position but Man is working away.

Piotr Mitas showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Man's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Man keeping moving, preventing Mitas from controlling successfully. Mitas has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Man rushes Mitas and presses him up against the cage. Man tries to throw a body punch but Mitas avoids it by throwing Man back against the cage. Mitas lands with a short punch from the clinch.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mitas manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Ice Man has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Man throws a big right hand that misses.
And that's the end of the fight! Piotr Mitas comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Mitas has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Amba is defended easily by Stinkstra. Stinkstra throws the kick towards the body but Amba avoids it. Amba tries a head kick but it misses.
Amba fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Stinkstra. Stinkstra fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Amba is breathing heavily. Amba keeps the fight on the outside. Stinkstra motions for Amba to come forward. Stinkstra throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Stinkstra delivers a nice body kick. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Stinkstra tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Stinkstra lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Amba keeps the fight on the outside. Stinkstra pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Stinkstra fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Amba, pushing him back against the cage. Amba tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Stinkstra avoids it. Stinkstra with a knee to the head.

Oh Amba is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Stinkstra scores with a knee to the head.
Stinkstra breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Stinkstra feints and then cracks Amba's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Amba down. Amba seems to have got his legs back now.

 That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice elbow from Stinkstra. Stinkstra lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Stinkstra escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Stinkstra scores with a push kick. A head kick by Stinkstra - that's a beauty! Amba is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Stinkstra can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Peter Stinkstra! Peter Stinkstra tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.

Cruz gets caught flat footed, as Muikkunen shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Muikkunen accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Muikkunen landing some decent shots from guard.
Muikkunen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Cruz has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Muikkunen has managed to get both his arms back between Cruz's legs - danger averted. Muikkunen showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Muikkunen lands a couple of decent looking shots. Muikkunen working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Cruz's head. Muikkunen chips away with some ground and pound. Muikkunen lands a couple of elbows. Muikkunen stands up over Cruz, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hammerfist, elbow! yells Muikkunen's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Muikkunen must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Muikkunen with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

That was a close round but I would say that Dexter Morgan will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Morgan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Nelson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Nelson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Morgan pinned against the cage. Morgan gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Nelson takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Morgan wants to clinch up but Nelson keeps it at a distance. Dexter Morgan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Nelson gets tackled into the cage by Morgan. Morgan maintains the clinch. Nelson is trying to push Morgan away but Morgan has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. A nice right hand lands inside from Morgan.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Nelson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Morgan circles away. Morgan feints a jab promting Nelson to slip. Morgan then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Nelson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Morgan dips down and scores with a jab to the body. And that�s the end of the round � the fighters go back to their corners.
Dexter Morgan dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Morgan's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Nelson is holding on here and Morgan must be using up a lot of energy. Nelson has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Morgan gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!

Wankerzich moves into range and clinches up with Swanson. Wankerzich has Swanson pressed against the cage, preventing Swanson from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Swanson is trying to push Wankerzich away but Wankerzich has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Wankerzich breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Wankerzich throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Swanson stumbling backwards into the cage! Swanson bounces back off the cage towards Wankerzich, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Wankerzich lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Wankerzich celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Harry Jack! The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Aafke Stam and Radbod Blank.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jack takes a body punch but keeps moving. Pound takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
 It looks like Harry Jack has been cut. Jack looks for the body kick but Pound saw that one coming. Pound delivers a nice body kick. An inside leg kick from Jack misses. Pound throws a push kick but Jack slaps the foot to one side. Jack throws a nice outside leg kick. Pound fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Jack looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jack misses with an attempted mid kick.
Jack wants to clinch. Pound lands with an uppercut that bounces Jack off the cage and back into range. Pound wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Pound blocks a head kick by Jack.
Jack closes the distance but Pound moves to the side and Pound counters with a nice leg kick. Jack tries to close the distance and clinch but Pound swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Pound throws a series of strikes that have Jack backpedaling.
Jack scores with a head kick. Pound tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Pound lands with a straight right. Jack didn't see that one coming.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Pound fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Pound is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Jack looks gassed! Jack on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Pound fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Jack on the side of the head. Pound works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Pound swats away the attempt to clinch by Jack. Decent striking displayed by Pound there. Pound bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Jack's head backwards. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pound scores with a jab. Jack acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
 Jack is rocked! Pound is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Pound cracks Jack with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Jack looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away� can Pound finish him?
Jack is still on wobbly legs! Can Pound finish him?
 That has opened up Harry Jack's cut even more. Pound walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Jack drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Pound swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Jack's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ground Pound! Ground Pound retains his middleweight title! A very excited looking Ground Pound made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
